1) 对于贴土非保温地面(组成地面的各层材料导热系数λ都大于1.16W/m?℃),各地带的传热系数和换热阻如下:周边地面传热系数限值为0.52 W / m2·℃地区,考虑到非保温地面第一地带(周边地面)的传热系数为0.47 W / m2·℃,小于限值0.5 2W / m2·℃,可不做保温;非周边地面(第二、三、四地带)不做保温时传热系数最大值为0.23 W / m2·℃,小于限值0.3 W / m2·℃,同样也能满足非周边地面限值的要求。

地下室施工方案第一章编制说明1、编制依据1.1、宁津世纪华府2#车库设计图纸1.2、地下工程防水技术规范GB50108—20011.3、砼强度检验评定标准GBJ107—871.4、砼外加剂应用技术规范GBJ119—881.5、砼质量控制标准GB50164—921.6、砼结构工程施工质量验收规范GB50204—20021.7、地下防水工程施工质量验收规范GB50209—2002第二章工程概况1、工程简要说明宁津世纪华府2#车库工程位于宁津县世纪华府小区院内2#楼南侧。

2#车库1轴至10轴地下一层。

10轴至17轴地上一层,地下一层。

建筑面积3068 m2。

其中地下部分建筑面积为2166 m2。

结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架、剪力墙结构,基础形式以筏板基础为主,独立基础和条形基础为辅。

结构安全等级为二级,抗震等级为四级,抗震设防烈度为6度;地下室防水等级为二级,地基基础设计等级为丙级,抗震设防类别为标准设防类,结构设计合理,使用年限为50年。

本工程由山东省宁津县金星房地产开发有限公司筹建,山东德建集团一建建设有限公司承建,青岛瑞都建筑设计有限公司设计。

2、结构说明世纪华府2#车库总长108.3 m,车库原设计有两个后浇带,宽度分别为800mm,分别设在5轴和6轴之间、11轴和12轴之间。

基础防水底板厚250mm,抗水板采用通长12钢筋,钢筋间距200mm,双层双向布置。

由于后浇带处钢筋密集,所以对后浇带的处理比较复杂。

因为膨胀加强带具有构造简单、施工方便、周期短、保持结构整体性、有利于结构抗震的优点。

所以在征求监理和甲方意见后,将原来位置在底板上的后浇带变为加强带详见第13页图1,在剪力墙和楼层及顶板上的后浇带不变详见第14页图2。

另外应甲方要求留出现场施工道路,根据施工安排在6轴和7轴之间设置施工缝,详见第13页图1。

第三章加强带施工方案1、底板膨胀加强带施工构造图 3级 膨 胀 砼级砼2、地下室底板膨胀加强带留置2.1、地下室底板防水施工→细石砼保护层施工→底板底层钢筋绑扎→短钢筋头与板筋点焊→绑扎钢丝网于钢筋头上,钢丝网放置在先浇砼一侧(钢丝网的搭接宽度至少为50mm )→膨胀加强带左侧商品砼浇筑→膨胀加强带商品砼浇筑→膨胀加强带右侧商品砼浇筑。

钢丝网做法:膨胀加强带先用12短钢筋头(钢筋间距250mm,并且垂直于板筋)与板筋点焊,将网眼为5*5mm ,丝径为0.6mm 钢丝网绑扎于短钢筋和底板筋上,底板上排钢筋施工。

3.2、钢丝网绑扎见详图5钢筋间距250钢丝网钢丝网绑扎详图54、条形基础膨胀加强带支撑做法地下室底板条形基础膨胀加强带,采用钢筋作骨架铺两层钢丝网支撑。

钢筋骨架做法:竖向立筋采用14钢筋,间距200mm;水平筋采用12钢筋,间距250mm。

钢丝网做法:钢丝网做法:网眼为5*5mm,丝径为0.6mm钢丝网一层、丝径为0.8mm,网眼15*15mm钢丝网一层,绑扎于先浇砼一侧的钢筋骨架上。

将钢筋骨架绑扎在条形基础钢筋上。

5、加强带部位钢筋施工要求加强带内的钢筋不能切断,梁内后浇带上下各增加2根直径为16mm的三级钢,伸入砼两侧的长度满足L aE,板内上下各加直径为12 mm的三级钢筋,间距200mm,伸入砼两侧的长度满足L aE。

6、底板膨胀加强带的操作工艺6.1、地板膨胀加强带采用C35级膨胀砼,抗渗等级S8,膨胀加强带部位砼的膨胀率宜为0.025~0.035%之间,加强带部位砼中膨胀剂参量为12%左右,具体掺量应以实验结果为准。

加强带部位混凝土养护不少于14天。

6.2、施工时浇筑采用斜向推进、分层连续浇筑方法,先浇筑加强带左侧的混凝土,再浇筑加强带处的混凝土,再浇筑加强带右侧的混凝土。

6.3、混凝土浇筑时,注意严防其它部位混凝土进入膨胀后浇带内,以免影响设计效果。

6.4、在混凝土浇筑至膨胀加强带附近时,应注意使振动棒插捣点与钢丝网保持距离不小于30cm,并不得过振。

6.5、防水底板的板面钢筋处,容易在振捣后、初凝前出现早期塑性裂缝和沉降裂缝,必须通过控制下料和二次振捣予以消除,以免成为混凝土的缺陷,导致应力集中,影响温度收缩裂缝的防治效果。

底板浇筑至设计标高后,在终凝前用磨光机反复抹压多次,防止混凝土表面的伸缩裂缝出现。

6.6、膨胀混凝土只有充分湿润养护才能发挥混凝土的膨胀效能,必须提高养护意识,设立专职养护人员,建立严格的混凝土养护制度。

混凝土浇筑完毕后即应保湿养护14d.混凝土收平后,即应洒水润湿,再用塑料膜严密覆盖,并加盖麻袋一层。

在养护期喷水保持环境相对湿度在80%以上,以减少混凝土干缩裂缝。

第四章后浇带施工方案1、地下室外墙防水后浇带留置外墙常规钢筋施工→钢板止水带安置→焊短钢筋头于止水钢板上和剪力墙竖筋上(短钢筋垂直于剪力墙竖筋,短钢筋为12,钢筋间距250mm)→绑扎钢丝网于钢筋头上,钢丝网放置在先浇砼一侧(钢丝网的搭接宽度至少为50mm)并用模板支护→封剪力墙外模,将模板加固牢固→后浇带两侧商品砼浇筑→后浇带两侧砼养护。

2、地下室外墙后浇带支模:地下室外墙后浇带采用一层钢丝网并用模板支护。

钢丝网做法:将网眼为5*5mm丝径为0.6mm 钢丝网绑扎于短钢筋和地下室外墙钢筋上,然后用模板条支撑,并用木方加固。

3、地下室顶板防水后浇带留置地下室后浇带模板支承(应独立支撑)→楼板钢筋绑扎→焊短钢筋于板面筋和底筋上→绑扎双层钢丝网于钢筋头上,钢丝网放置在先浇砼一侧(钢丝网网眼为5*5mm,丝径为0.6mm。

钢丝网的搭接宽度至少为50mm)然后用模板条支撑,并用木方加固→顶板后浇带两侧商品砼浇筑→顶板后浇带处砼余浆清理→顶板后浇带两侧砼养护→顶板后浇带盖模板保护钢筋。

4、地下室顶板后浇带支模:4.1、地下室顶板后浇带采用铺一层钢丝网并用模板支护。

钢丝网做法:将网眼为5*5mm,丝径为0.6mm的钢丝网绑扎于短钢筋和地下室顶板钢筋上然后用模板条支撑,并用木方加固。

4.2、在其他部位模板拆除时,将后浇带部位模板保留,不得拆除并且模板沿后浇带的宽度方向每边宽出后浇带不应小于500mm。

同时后浇带跨内不得施加其他荷载,以保证结构安全。

在后浇带施工前将用于分隔后浇带的木方和板条拆除。

5、后浇带部位钢筋施工要求后浇带内的钢筋不能切断,梁内后浇带上下各增加2根直径为16mm的三级钢,伸入砼两侧的长度满足L aE,顶板内上下各加直径10 mm的三级钢筋,间距200mm,伸入砼两侧的长度满足L aE,剪力墙内各加直径为14的三级钢筋,间距200mm,布置形式双层双向,伸入砼两侧的长度满足L aE。

6、后浇带的保护6.1、在砼强度达到1.2N/mm2前不得在其上踩踏或其它作业。

6.2、墙体后浇采用外罩10mm厚复合板加以保护,用止水螺杆固定。

6.3、梁、板后浇带放置期间,为防止杂物进入带内,采取以下封闭措施:上部盖10mm厚胶合板封闭。

7、后浇带的浇筑7.1、后浇带浇筑的施工准备7.1.1、后浇带两侧砼面上的浮浆、松散砼应予凿除,并用压力水冲洗干净,涂刷砼界面处理剂或水泥砂浆,后浇带施工时不得有积水。

7.1.2、后浇带的模板已封闭严密,且应保证砼施工后新旧砼没有明显的接搓。

7.1.3、后浇带处用膨胀率小于百分之0.015的C35补偿收缩砼,砼的抗渗等级S8。

7.2、地下室底板后浇带砼浇筑拆除模板→凿毛并清洗砼界面→钢筋除锈、调整→砼界面放置与后浇带同强度砂浆或涂刷砼界面处理剂→后浇带砼施工→后浇带砼养护。

8、后浇带混凝土的养护待混凝土初凝后,用塑料薄膜加一层草袋覆盖,水化热峰值过后,砼温度下降后,可撒薄膜,覆盖草袋并洒水养护,后浇带浇筑完毕应 在12h 以内加以保湿养护,养护时间不得少于28d,当日平均气温低于5℃时,不得浇水。

楼板及顶板后浇混凝土强度达到100%并经质检员认可后,方可拆除模板及支撑。

第五章施工缝施工方案1、地下室底板施工缝的构造图8为施工缝构造先浇砼止水钢板--300*3一层钢丝网施工缝处主筋不断开垫层迎水面2、底板施工缝支模:底板施工缝采用一层钢丝网并用模板支护。

钢丝网做法:施工缝处钢板止水带下侧先用短钢筋头(钢筋间距250mm,并且垂直于板筋)与板筋点焊,将网眼为5*5mm ,丝径为0.6mm 的一层钢丝网绑扎于短钢筋和底板筋上→钢板止水带安置→钢板止水带上侧短钢筋头点焊及绑扎钢丝网于钢筋头上(钢丝网绑扎方法同上)→模板条支撑并用木方加固。

3、地下室外墙施工缝留置外墙常规钢筋施工→钢板止水带安置→焊短钢筋头于止水钢板上和剪力墙竖筋上(钢筋间距250mm)→绑扎钢丝网于钢筋头上,钢丝网放置在先浇砼一侧(钢丝网的搭接宽度至少为50mm)并用模板支护→封剪力墙外模,并加固牢固→施工缝处一侧砼浇筑。

4、地下室顶板施工缝留置楼板钢筋绑扎→焊短钢筋应于板面筋和底筋上(钢筋间距250 mm)→绑扎一层钢丝网于钢筋头上,钢丝网放置在先浇砼一侧(钢丝网的搭接宽度至少为50mm)→施工缝处一侧砼浇筑→施工缝处另一侧钢筋模板施工→施工缝处砼浇筑。

5、施工缝部位钢筋施工要求后浇带内的钢筋不能切断,防水底板内上排筋和下排筋加直径12mm的三级钢筋,间距200mm,双层双向布置,伸入砼两侧的长度满足LaE。

条形基础内上下各增加2根直径为18mm的三级钢,伸入砼两侧的长度满足LaE。

顶板内上下各加直径为10mm的三级钢筋,间距200mm,双层双向布置,伸入砼两侧的长度满足LaE。

顶板梁内上下各加直径为18mm的三级钢筋,间距200mm,双层双向布置,伸入砼两侧的长度满足LaE。

6、施工缝的处理6.2、在已硬化的混凝土表面上, 应清除水泥薄膜和松动石子以及软弱混凝土层,并加以充分湿润和冲洗干净, 且不得有积水。

6.3、浇筑前,水平施工缝宜先铺上10 mm~15 mm 厚的水泥砂浆一层, 其配合比与混凝土内的砂浆成分相同。

6.4、混凝土应细致振捣密实, 以保证新旧混凝土的紧密结合。

6.5、高度大于2 m 的墙体, 宜用串筒或振动溜管下料。

7、处理出现问题的施工缝的措施7.1、处理问题的措施对于不渗水的施工缝出现缺陷后, 可沿缝剔成V 形槽, 遇有松散部位, 须将松散石子剔除, 刷洗干净后, 用高等级水泥素浆打底,抹1∶2 水泥砂浆找平压实。

第六章外墙防裂方案1、防裂施工措施1、为防止温度和其他原因引起的外围剪力墙裂缝,特在外墙框架柱处设置剪力墙加筋。
