8.1 介绍FIATA

FIATA的结构分为研究机构，咨询委员会和负责国际货物运输中的每一方面具体工作的常设工作组。

8.2.1 国际货代的作用
国际货运代理人经常为出口收发货人提供整箱货和拼箱货的运输服务。
这样比货物直接交给承运人更能为他们带来好处。
8.2.2 国际货运代理人所要做的？
从出口人的角度出发，国际货运代理人实施以下步骤：
发货人委托代理人订舱并提供有关单据
货代向船公司订舱，安排货物送进指定仓库，安排报关，最后将货物交给实际承运人
货代人员从承运人那儿拿到已签提单
发货人将提单寄给国外的收货人
船公司通知目的港代理人，船已到港
货代在目的港通知收货人，然后收货人在目的港提供报关资料给货代
货代在目的港办理报关手续。
然后货代就去指定地点提货送至收货人手中
8.2.3. 作为发货人或收货人的货代的工作有什么不同？
