Wild and Windy
Over the years, we’ve seen musical groups with pretty strange names come and go. Few have stranger names than this band. As the name suggests, the band has lots of energy. And they play the kind of music that I love to hear. Every song is really loud and often you can’t understand the words, but this is okay because the lyrics aren’t very good. However, these are musicians who make us happy even on a Monday morning!

Landsat5搭载MSS(Multi Spectral Scanner)四波段光-机扫描仪和TM(Thematic Mapper)多光谱扫描仪。

(下图为实测信令)➢DL_Bandwidth系统带宽,范围enumerate(1.4M(6RB,0),3M(15RB,1),5M(25RB,2),10M(50RB,3),15M(75RB,4),20M(100RB,5)),上图为n100,对应的系统带宽为20M(100RB,带宽索引号为5)。

They 26 __ needed supplies of highly trained personnel to 27 ___ concept of development based on modernization. But many of these students decided to stay on in the developedcountries when they had finished their training. In the 1960s, some Latin American countries tried to solve this problem by setting up special “return”programs to encourage their professionals to come back home. These programs received support from international bodies such as the International Organization for Migration, which in 1974 enabled over 1,600 28 ___ scientists and technicians to return to Latin America. In the 1980s and 1990s. “temporary return” programs were set up in order to make the best use of trained personnel 29 ___ strategic positions in the developed countries. This gave rise to the United Nations Development Program’s Transfer of Knowledge through Expatriated Nationals, which encourages technicians and scientists to work in their own countries for short periods. But the brain drain from these countries may well increase in 30 ___ to the new laws of the international market in knowledge.
