众所周知，柜面就是一个支行的“脸”，柜面服务做的如何直接影响一个支行的经营品质。
我认为对客户的服务是无止境的，只有时时处处做个有心人，把服务融入每一个细节中，急客户之所急，想客户之所想，才能赢得客户的心。
如何提高服务品质呢？我主要从环境、效率、态度三方面努力的。
一是根据总行下发的职场管理办法，狠抓营业场所环境卫生，注重物品摆放，员工职业形象。
二是不断提升柜面人员业务素质，提高办事效率，减少客户排队等待的时间，同时，我们的大堂经理积极引导客户办理业务，让整个营业厅井然有序，营造快捷、舒适的经营氛围，有助于稳定存款客户。
三是改善服务态度，牢固树立“以客户为中心”的服务理念，坚持微笑服务、主动服务。
我们还设置了VIP通道，对于VIP客户会进行优先办理，而且对大客户实行主动上门营销，重视高端客户就能在业务拓展上事半功倍。
二、重点推进“四扫”工作，拓展客户资源。
根据总行下发的“深入推进四扫工作方案”，二季度我们重点推进“四扫”工作，积极拓展客户资源。
要拓展业务，坐在办公室是不行的，我们一改过去等客上门的做法，主动营销、主动出击，我带领客户经理扫街、扫户，并及时建立金融档案，了解客户的金融需求、经营情况、业务往来和资产情况，不仅发现了不少优质客户、潜力客户，最大限度争取了存款，而且营销了许多贷款，在发放贷款的同时及时跟踪客户的资金动态，尽量动员客户把资金存入我支行。
与此同时，我们大力宣传代缴电费、有限电视费，第三方存管、贵金属等中间业务，积极开展联动营销，增强客户粘稠度。
