2014年宁波普通高中保送推荐生信息
2014年宁波市普通高中保送推荐和定向招生政策出台。
按有关规定，省级公办示范普通高中招生名额分配到各初中的比例将超过招生总额的50%，各地的名额分配将以初三在校学生人数为依据基本均衡分配。
按规定，省级示范普通高中保送推荐生实行提前录取测试的，时间不得早于5月20日。
试卷不得由招生学校命制，考试须在一天内完成，试卷命题不得超纲，不出偏题、怪题，难度系数建议控制在0.65左右。
保送推荐生录取率不低于70%。
市直属普高保送推荐和定向招生工作分初中毕业生学业考试前保送招生和初中毕业生学业考试后定向招生两部分。
保送招生学校新增三所效实中学、宁波中学招生计划数的45%部分，宁波二中招生计划数的30%部分，宁波三中、李惠利中学、宁波四中、慈湖中学各1班，四明中学、万里国际中学各30人，实行初中毕业生学业考试前由初中学校推荐、统一测试方式择优录取。
与往年相比，今年保送招生学校新增了慈湖中学、四明中学和万里国际中学。
保送推荐范围为：海曙区、江东区、江北区、宁波国家高新区所辖的初中及市直属初中(以下简称中心城区初中)。
效实中学、宁波中学、宁波二中保送推荐招生以初中毕业生学业考试报名数(不含择校生、借考生、非浙江省籍考生)为依据，市教育局将保送推荐名额分配到各区。
各区教育行政部门将以不低于85%的名额按毕业生学业考试报名数大致均等地分配到各初中学校，剩余名额根据初中学校规范办学行为及办学水平等情况统筹分配。
各区名额分配方案须经市教育局基础教育处备案后再行下达各初中学校。
进一步规范初中办学行为，对2013学年初一年级分快、慢班的初中，一经核实，削减该校当学年度效实中学、宁波中学和宁波二中30%保送推荐名额，被削减的名额区内学校统筹分配。
按规定，被保送推荐学生必须为符合报考高中段学校条件的非择校生、非借考生，且在中心城区初中就读，德智体美诸方面全面发展，学生综合素质测评等第为2A2P及以上的省内(含港、澳、台)户籍学生，同时还须符合下列条件之一：初中阶段被评为校级以上三好学生或优秀学生干部，或社会实践和公益活动中有突出表现获得学校嘉奖的;学习刻苦努力，文化课成绩优秀;在初中阶段参加区级以上教育部门举办的体育、艺术、科技、劳技、计算机等项目竞赛中成绩优异者;文学、体艺和科技创新等方面有特长并取得一定成绩者。
