A Heathy Life教学设计

章丘五中英语组

课程分析:本单元的中心话题是“健康生活”。听说读写等活动主要围绕如何健身、怎样成为健康人展开,其中涉及许多社会热点问题,如抽烟、吸毒、艾滋病、学习与工作压力等影响健康的棘手问题。本单元引导学生讨论这些问题,目的在于让学生远离有损身体健康的活动,并养成良好的习惯。

随着经济发展和生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注健康的问题,通过讨论让学生真正懂得:一个真正健康的不仅要体格健壮,而且要心智健全。

这篇课文是爷爷写给孙子的帮助孙子如何戒烟的一封信。信中82岁的爷爷提到:他之所以能长寿和充满活力,主要得益于他健康的生活方式。爷爷年轻的时候也抽过烟,甚至上过瘾,因此他知道吸烟容易戒烟难,并以亲身体会向孙子介绍了上瘾的原因、抽烟的危害和戒烟的方法,告诫孙子把烟戒掉。上瘾的原因有三个:尼古丁的药物作用;;习惯的驱动力量;精神上的依赖性。抽烟的危害有;伤害心脏和肺、不孕、影响身边不吸烟人的健康、味道难闻、手指发黄、跑步速度慢、不喜欢运动。戒烟的方法:制定计划、下定决心、破除旧习、学习自我放松、必要时请求帮助、坚持不懈。

学情分析:本人担任20班的英语教师,20班是文科班,基础相对薄弱。这篇课文生词不是很多,结构清晰,学生易理解,知识点不多,

因此教学应从实际出发,注重提高学生的基础和提高学生的听说读写能力。

设计理念:根据探究性学习方式试验研究的要求,调动学生参与教学的积极性,激发学生自主探究能动性,促进课堂迁移运用,使课堂充满生机。倡导自主、合作、探究的学习理念,全面提高学生的英语素质,充分发挥教学的育人功能,实现学生的主体地位,调动学生学习的积极性。

教学流程:

Step1:Lead-in

Show a picture of cigarettes and students easily tell what it is.

T:As we all know,smoking does harm to our heath,but some people still can’t give up smoking.Now,Let’s dicuss these two questions.
