二、学情分析1.已有知识和能力:学生已经学习了一般过去时和介词的正确使用,对地震的话题也比较熟悉,这对理解课文内容做了铺垫。

2.可能存在的问题:因为本课所用材料篇幅较长,生词量也较多,所以在获取主要信息和细节信息时有一定困难,对阅读形成障碍。

部分词汇的学习会成为本课的教学难点,如:Getting Ready: special, couple, resort, earthquake, dark, heavily, ruins, blanket, flashlight, flash, etc.Lesson 6: shake, completely, call for one’s a ttention, enough, divide, encourage, support, etc.3. 解决措施:对难生词的处理可利用图片形式生动的呈现,针对篇幅较长问题可采用分块阅读帮助学生梳理文章脉络: setting-development-ending.在练习的设置上,遵循一步步,小台阶的原则,以便学生容易接受。

The young people gave theirs to the older ones. After that, Mr. Lin divided the people into five groups. He also collected all the mobile phones and made sure each group had one. They used them as flashlights. Every 30 minutes, the group leaders flashed their mobile phones and the light in the dark rainy night made everyone feel safe. Early the next morning,the groups started to go down the mountain. It was a difficult journey, but the group members encouraged and supported each other. Finally they get out safely after twelve hours’ walking. By then, it was 30 hours after the earthquake. Everyone was tired but they felt lucky because they were part of special team. This special team gave them hope for life.
