一、前言
作为华夏子孙的一份子，每个人对于汉字都有一份独到的情感。随着时代的发展，我们更应该让汉语传递到世界。英语，是我们必须利用的工具。双语听写大赛，不仅考验我们的汉字功底，更能提升我们双语运用的水平。让我们为中国代言，发扬中华文化。
第1环节，中中听写，即由一名同学在讲台上报成语，参赛选手须将成语写下，有几个简单的成语要求简略的解释；第2环节：英英听写，笔试。播放一段电影片段，采取spot dictation的形式，一段英文空出若干单词填空。参赛选手写下自己能听到的英文单词；第3环节：中英互译，给出一个中文词语，写出尽可能多的英文单词。
