②在谷歌里键入“已知公司电话号码email”, 这样也能搜索到很多找不到的邮箱的。
③要是实在不行,就直接尝试在域名前加info, office, sales,inquiries, contact等,总有一个是对的。
二开发信系列问题
1. 开发信的内容:简单自我介绍和公司介绍,产品范围,图片,结尾,附件一份PDF关于公司和产品,把
员工照片放上去,会显得我们很人性化。
2. 开发信的书写:Arial 9号,或者Tahoma 10号,黑色。
段落要拉的很开,即使就四五行的话也要enter 很多行,感觉像是写了很多内容似的,昭显我们的热情。
3. 如何发开发信:不能群发,一定要逐一发,记录你哪一天发了,发了什么,以后可以第二天,或者三天,或者一周后,接着给客户发,但是每次内容一定要不一样,从不同侧面向客户介绍产品,就像跟进潜在客户一样。
每次都要向客户提起我是谁,你记得我吗,时间久了,客户会被感动的,曾经我一直这样发,发了三四封以后,客户立马确定产品,索要PI,当天就付了款了。
4. 什么时候发开发信:美洲的无所谓,欧洲中东的要赶在他们早上9点左右发,因为公司的决策层很忙,一般只安排那么一个时间段查看邮箱,错过了就得等第二天他们查阅邮件的时候。
而且,在客户上班的时候发的邮件,更容易引起关注,回复率很高。
从一周来讲,开发信集中在周二至周五发,周一邮件太多,一不小心就被删了,还容易招烦,周五,你的心飞走了,客户的心也飞走了。
你说客户会关注你的邮件吗?
5. 开发信的标题:要吸引别人的注意,如果是技术性的产品,就以你的技术命名,如果是价低为优势的产品,就以低的价格命名。
6. 开发信:有价值,向客户传达有用的相关的信息,一定要吸引客户的眼球,只有第一招命中客户,才可以有下文。
三邮件书写注意
1. 一定要让客户一目了然,而且要看的舒服,内容要充分,但不可以是废话,段落要清晰,一段说一个主题,段落与段落之间要前后相继,不能思维跳跃,要按照客户的逻辑组织内容。
2. 字号和字体就不赘述了,另外有需要突出的地方可以用蓝色或者红色凸显出来,如果客户问很多问题的话,我们一般在他的问题下用异色字体回答,这样非常方便客户阅读。
3. 切莫用任何信封作背景,曾经有个客户就说,信封很漂亮却给我造成了困扰,因为他的邮箱客户端接收过来的邮件内容乱七八糟。
4. 邮件框架要拉开,显得很大气,内容很丰富,字很多,在强调一下,内容一定要相关要有价值。
5. 插入的附件一定要用异色体在邮件正文中提及,不然客户会很疑惑这个附件是干嘛用的。
6. 图片的话,先把他的大小转小点,直接插入邮件正文里就行了,不必附件,否则很麻烦。
7. 每次写邮件都要拟就一个恰当突出的主题,如:Quotation for ***, Demonstration on *****, Invoice for ******, Tracking No. For******, Wait for Your Checking, Thank you for your Kind Notice.......
8. 全文颜色不能太多了,两个颜色就够了,太多了,花的很。
跟客户联络的邮件字体什么的风格最好一致,让客户觉得你很稳重。
四销售策略
针对不同种类的客户有不同的销售策略。
1. 高价留尾法
这是针对中间商的:报个高价,给个客户能接受的最低起购量,许诺如果超过这个最低起购量就给与降价。
2. 低价留尾法
这是针对规模比较大的企业的:报个低价,给个很大的起购量。
很显然客户如果不能达到这个很大的起购
量,我们就可以言正名顺给他涨价了。
针对不同购买力的国家和地区,也可以采用以上的策略。
比如,欧美的购买力很强,我们可以采用高价留尾法;
比如,中东印度等购买力不高,我们可以采用低价留尾法。
总之,这需要自己的敏锐的洞察力....具体情况具体分析。
销售总体思维:
1. 在写每一封邮件前,我们要综合分析客户的购买力,心理,关心的问题,摸透客户的想法。
然后构思好你要写些什么,随后要很有系统很有条理的一条一条陈述出来。
我们的目的就是我们的每一封邮件都能正中客户的下怀,显得很Persuasive,Considerate.让客户很心动很心动。
2. 客户只是表示有兴趣的时候,我们要表现我们强势的一面,立即问起他的系统相关情况,说些let me involved into your process of design等类似的话,让客户觉得我们非常热情。
帮助他确定了型号之后,我们立马提起给你查个最便宜的运费,而且要向他保证可以让你在最短时间内拿到产品。
3. 很多客户很懒,或者说英语不太好,这就需要我们尽量罗列清楚,上封邮件陈述过的信息,下封邮件需要的话绝对要再赘述一遍,不能因为说过了,就不提了。
以免造成歧义和困惑。
邮件的最大用处就是传达全面的有价值的信息,尽量可能的给客户带来方便。
4. 客户懒,所以我们要提供给他几种options或者Configurations, 这样的话一方面可以让客户有个比较,另一方面也可以弥补我方型号无法满足客户匪夷所思的参数的缺陷.
5. 很多客户下样品单之前会被高额的空运运费吓跑了,这个时候我们就要站出来,大义凌然的说我们会争取给你查询到最便宜的运费,虽然口不应心,运费这种东西我们无法决定,但是手头上不能懒,我们要查询至少两种以上的运输费用,TNT, DHL, Common Air等等,这样客户思维就固定在选哪种运费上了,于是在潜移默化中就确定了购买。
6. 但凡有了询盘的,都是有兴趣的:综上所述,我们要利用我们的周到、热情、细心、精明,再辅以多种选择,多种心理引导,在无形中掌控着客户。
五如何跟进
1. 时不时的给客户发发Good to know
2. 时不时给客户发发节日祝贺,问公司近况等等。
这个真没有什么好说的,就是想尽办法,让客户觉得你很Considerate & thoughtful.
六整体心态
1. 像水样,像小强样,顽强,像追女孩一样,周到,用心。
2. 外贸的底薪都不高,基本上靠拿提成,一定要做好埋头苦干的心理准备了,否则,没有提成,你的工资会很惨不忍睹。
3. 有时候看到一封外国客户的回信,会觉得很快乐,有些时候,一些国外客户就跟朋友一样,给人感觉很温暖,曾经一位欧洲客户,我们刚刚确定一个样品单,我在做PI的时候少卖了一件产品,我就一直在向他道歉"I feel uncomfortable, what a suffering day for me, I'm really sorry for that."客户就很considerately 安慰道"I remember someone told me :Business is the salt of life… So don’t worry I can understand It’s just a sample order I hope things will go smoother if we start working together. By the way, I need another goods..."这个安慰太给力了,后来发现末尾处客户还特意翻译了一句中文祝福语:事业不是人生的第一需要"这还有什么好说的呢,我们只有尽自己最大的努力给客户提供最好的质量,最周到的服务了。
4. 你的considerate, warmness ,体现在你的字里行间,客户能感觉到的,而客户向我们转达他的Considerate,warmness,你也会感动的,这就是一种国际友人之间的互动吧,这是信任的基石,也是漫漫枯燥外贸生涯中的一点感动,更是昭显我泱泱大国诚信友好的国际形象。
