而跨国婚姻因为法律不同，所以需要多加了解，那么，跨国结婚的程序怎么走？这个问题我下面介绍一下！一、跨国结婚的程序（一）申请1、中国公民同外国人（包括常驻我国和临时来华的外国人、外籍华人、定居我国的外国侨民）在中国境内申请结婚，男女双方当事人必须共同到中国公民一方户口所在地的省、自治区、直辖市人民政府指定的婚姻登记机关申请登记；2、申请登记的中国公民和外国人须分别持有法定的证件；3、凡证件齐全、符合法律规定的中国公民和外国人，可持证件和男女双方照片，到婚姻登记机关提出申请；4、申请婚姻登记的当事人，应当如实向婚姻登记机关提供规定的有关证件和证明，不得隐瞒真实情况。
（二）审查婚姻登记管理机关对当事人的申请应当进行审查，查明结婚申请是否符合结婚条件，不明之处，应当向当事人询问，必要时，可要求当事人提供有关证明材料。
（三）登记婚姻登记机关对符合结婚条件的，应当即时予以登记，发给结婚证；对离过婚的，应注销其离婚证。
但对中国公民和外国人的登记申请，应在收到申请后一个月内办理登记手续，发给结婚证。
涉外婚姻的结婚证须贴有男女双方当事人照片，并加盖办理涉外婚姻登记的县级以上人民政府婚姻登记专用章。
