1. 布卢姆掌握学习理论认为所谓学生成绩的正态分布是人为造成的，并没有必然性，提出了掌握学习策略。
布卢姆指出，除2％一3％感情和身体上有缺陷的学生和1％一2％的具有超常能力的学生外，只要提供适当的条件绝大多数学生都能达到对学习内容的掌握。
我在该课中充分利用反馈—矫正程序，当堂收集学生的反馈信息，发现学生学习上的难点或没有掌握的内容，然后给学生第二次学习机会并辅之于小组活动、个别辅导等多种矫正手段，最终使绝大多数学生达到对学习内容懂得掌握。
2. 叶澜教授“让课堂充满生命活力”的课堂理论，开创了新基础教育的先河，为当前基础教育课程改革奠定了坚实的理论基础和舆论基础。
叶澜教授认为，传统教学论从教的角度探讨问题，实用教学论则从学生的立场出发，教育心理学的兴趣在心理过程的分析，社会学的眼光集中在师生互动、课堂生活、人际关系等的描述上，他们都缺乏具有课堂教学本质的理性的认识。
课堂教学的目标应全面体现培养目标，促进学生的全面发展，而不是只限于认识方面的发展。
我在本堂课充分利用这一理论，以实现目标达成。
