It was a great birthday party. The room was beautifully decorated with shining banners and multi-colored ribbons. A cake covered in thick white icing sat in the middle of the table. Some children lingered at the table which was filled with food. They filled their mouths with sweets and scrumptious chocolate. Screaming children ran through the house as balloons drifted around aimlessly on the floor. The room was full of laughter and cheering.
And then dinner. It was superb! I have never tasted such great food ---and so beautifully served. The starter of Eight Treasure Chicken was delicious, as was the main meal of fried prawns and rice which came afterwards. The desserts were also scrumptious.
