本话题的主要语法是由if 引导的条件状语从句。
功能意念项目有：能让学生听懂有关交通规则和交通安全的材料，从中获取信息来补全短文和对话。
让学生简单地用英语表达交通规则和骑自行车的安全规则。
二、学生学习情况分析A、初二年的学生活泼好动，注意力容易分散，根据教育心理学,如果学生对于一件事物有极大的兴趣,他们就会排除主观和客观的种种消极因素,尽量全身心地投入到知识的学习中去，所以我选择用幻灯片，动画，小剧等形式展示，并配以丰富的色彩，从而增强学生的兴趣和提高他们的注意力。
B、由易到难的学习顺序，使学生有了能循序渐进学习下去的动力，从而获得学习英语成就感，使最初的兴趣长久化。
因此在这堂课里，我设计先从图片单词开始，再到短语，再到重点句子，最后变化原有句子，将其应用到生活中去。
C、初中学生表现欲强，又很在乎他人的评价，但学习到初二，两极分化凸现出来，为了使不同程度的学生都有表现的舞台，本课既设置了些简单易回答的问题，也设置了一些灵活性问题，争取既能巩固所学知识，又能提高解决问题的能力以及综合运用语言能力。
二、教学思路根据仁爱英语教材的特点，我将运用任务型教学途径，采取学生自主、合作、探究的学习方式。
本课通过学习交通标志，交通法规，利用教学图片或制作多媒体课件来展开课堂 Pair work, Group work 的口语交际活动，锻炼学生听、说、读、写四个方面能力，学会if 引导条件状语从句以及学会珍惜生命。
