第六课时一、课时内容教科书第26页:Let’s spell ,第30页:Let’s wrap it up ,第31页: C story time二、课时分析本课时是义务教育灵通版(Pep)小学英语教科书五年级第3单元第六课时,包括教科书第26页的Let’s spell,第30页的Let’s wrap it up 和第31页的story time三部分。
以语法教学为核心内容,一是讲可数名词单数变复数的问题,二是讲字母组合在单词中的发音规律。
第一部分Let’s spell为我们讲解的是字母组合ow在单词中的发音问题。
分为四个小板块,第一个板块:Read, listen and chant,呈现了两组图片和单词,共计8张图片8个单词。
第一组单词中ow的发音都是/au/,而第二组单词中ow的发音是/∂u/。
第二个板块Listen,number and say,呈现了四组共计12个单词。
这些单词都含有字母组合ow,但发音不完全相同。
第三个小板块是Listen,write and say,呈现的是三幅图片和三个要求补充单词的句子,这些需要补充填写的单词在第一个板块中都出现过。
第四个小版块是Choose one sentence from above and write.是请学生抄写上文的一句话。
这四个板块结合起来共同构成了本课时的语音教学。
语音教学在小学英语学习中占有举足轻重的地位,语言有三个方面,即语音、语法、词汇。
语音是语言教学的基础,语法和词汇都是通过语音得到体现的。
英语是一种拼音文字,学生掌握了字母和字母组合的发音规律,,在大脑里建立字母与其发音之间一一对应的关系,就能见词能读,听音会写,无需死记硬背,学习效率成倍增长。
可以说,学好发音是十分重要的第一步。
在英语学习中,单词的记忆是学习的一个重难点,利用字母组合和发音规律可以巧妙学习英语单词,达到事半功倍的效果。
教学生读出ow在单词中的发音/au/和/∂u/并不难,关键在于引导学生学会总结和归纳该字母组合的发音,进而正确拼读含有ow的单词。
