1. 是即将完成的学生会成员档案建立-------
2. 学生会例会的考勤和会议记录--下次例会开始我们会印出考勤表，例会前需要大家签到。
3. 协助主席完善学生会的各项规章制度以及起草一些工作汇报之类的文字材料和表格。
4. 起到上传下达的作用，传达主席团的工作指示，也把各部门的反馈意见上传。
5. 也是即将要完成的，收集一下大家的工作计划，做一个汇总。
公布邮箱：所有的需要交的材料都通过该邮箱。
6. 最重要的任务就是活动总结，我们已经把活动总结的模板发在邮箱里，希望大家一定按照模板规定的字体字号和形式写总结，没完成一个活动就把总结发到邮箱里。
7. 大型活动，我们会积极做好配合协调工作，在举办活动
过程中为大家提供必要的帮助。

各位老师好。
我叫***，是学生，同时也是系学生会秘书部的一员。
我性格开朗，责任心强，沟通能力较好。
我想竞选的职位是秘书部部长，在秘书部也有一年了，在这一年里，我也大致了解了秘书部的运作流程和工作内容。
在这一年里，学生会秘书部，有我的工作，也有我学习的经历，我看到了大家的努力和自己的责任，也看到了自身的不足，并不断的改正和完善自己。
我只是想把秘书部建设的更好，以更好的姿态配合组织去服务全体学生。
在学生会，我们每个人都有一份责任，一份更好的服务全体学生的责任，使同学们在大学可以充分的体会大学的精彩与魅力。
学生会这个大家庭，是由大家一起支撑起来的，大家来自不同的班级，因为有缘，所以我们相聚在一起。
在这个大家庭里，
我感悟了很多，也学会了很多。
曾经有位好友说过，支撑他一直走到现在的是四个字，善始善终，我一直深有感触，这几个字虽然简单，但又有多少人可以很好的做到这一点，所以我把这几个字记在心里，也希望可以把这几个字在我们的大家庭里传承下去。
换届，一方面是结束，但在另一方面却也是一种新的希
望，新鲜血液的注入，必定可以给学生会带来新的活力。
学生会是一个很好的锻炼平台，我相信大家都有很深的感触。
首先我觉得最重要的是我懂得了什么是责任。
第二，曾经参加过
的各种活动锻炼了我的工作能力。
即使是一年，当过学生干部的和没有当过的人是有很大的区别的，这一点我深有体会。
曾经的自己，更为的内向，做事有时候也不是太自信，
但我现在可以看见自己变的自信了，在做事方面也比以前成熟了很多。
在这里，实际上我们无时无刻不在接受锻炼，有些是有形的，但更多的是无形的。
在这一年里，我们协助开办了很多的活动，从中我们学习到了如何去举办一次成功的活动，幕后的策划以及诸多方面的注意事项，我们在不断的积累，也在不断的完善自己。
在里面，更要感谢老师以及外出实习学长们的教导和表率作用，让我们更深入更清晰的了解了很多。
还有在处理事务方面，沟通在其中发挥着很重要的作用，在为人处事方面，要保持礼貌的态度，但也要有自己的原则。
如果我竞选上了秘书部部长，我首先做的第一件事是对新进学生干部
进行思想素质教育。
让他们了解自己现在肩上的责任，对工作的正确的态度，让他们更快更好的融入这个大家庭，尽快的熟悉自己的工作内容。
第二则是加强内部沟通，以期提高工作效率，还有正确的工作安排，让每个成员都有锻炼的机会。
当然，我会不断的提高自己，让自己能够成为一个合格的学生会一员。
对于学生会内部，我想就各部门之间的沟通问题来发表自己的看法。
以前的我们，除了在工作上，和其他部几乎都没什么沟通的机会，甚至如果两个部门没有一起工作的话，成员们可能相互都不认识，我希望在新的这一届，在大家一起工作了一段时间后，学生会内部举办一次活动，由全体学生会干部参加，大家一起欢笑，增进友谊，也可以使大家在今后的工作中可以更加亲密的配合，以提高工作效率。
最后，我只想对你们说一声谢谢，你们给了我很多。

主席先生，尊敬的同事们。
值此我当选国际海底管理局首任秘书长一职，对你们给予我本人和我的国家-斐济这一崇高的荣誉表示最诚挚的谢意。
这是一个非常重要的时刻。
我们已经建立了管理局的三个主要机构，即大会、理事会和秘书处。
然而，这仅仅是开始，有许多工作等着我们去完成。
首先必须完成管理局的内部组织建设。
我们必须要组成管理局的财务委员会和法律技术委员会；制订管理局各主要机构和附属机构的议事规则；完成秘书处的首期人员招聘工作。
我们现在仅仅有一个初步的组织架构和去年留下的一笔预算，而这笔预算仅够少量行政岗位的开支。
即使一切顺利，新的预算也要到明年才能使用，而这一新的预算基本上应建立在秘书处新的组织结构上，其中包括
必要的实质性岗位和技术性岗位。
一旦完成管理局的组织结构和机构内部建设，我们必须在席位分配与预算规模等这些保持管理局正常运行的事务外，着手履行管理局的目标与职能。
简单说来，管理局的职能是为管理作为
人类共同继承财产的深海底资源提供一套机制，其目标是鼓励这些资源的有序开发以使国际社会作为一个整体能从中受益。
为此目标，管理局要为愿意在海底进行投资开采资源的国家建立法律制度。
这一制度应确保对所有深海底投资者一视同仁地提供法律保障，同时制订对投资者公平、对代表国际社会的管理局也有利的具体条款。
管理局发展的下一步应是广泛接触愿意在深海开展研究与开发活动的所有机构与人员，其中包括那些从事有关海洋技术设计与营销活动的机构与人员。
通过与这些方面的接触，在发展深海技术系统方面努力营造双赢的局面。
在这方面，应特别关注在联合国海底筹备委员会会议期间已登记的海底开发先驱投资者。
如果没有深海采矿界的介入与参与，管理局所确定的目标是难以完成的。
我期待管理局所有成员国的合作与指导，共同使这一国际关系中的独特实验获得成功。
