幼儿教师工作压力现状的研究

摘要

这些年来，笔者一直在进行的工作就是教书育人。而在教学的过程中，有不少的教学人员都感到了压力和一定的职业责任感，而这种源自于思想层面的压力和危机感仍然在不断地增加，因为现如今的幼儿园的教学工作的压力过大，让不少教师感到压力大,可以对他们的心情和心理健康产生较大的影响。通过对教师的观察，可以发现他们的职业幸福感指数较低，在教学过程中很多教师表示对岗位的厌倦感。所以，笔者在本文中通过对幼儿教师的发展现状的分析和研究，从学校，社会和个人等层面，提出了解决的建议。本文通过对幼儿教师压力的来源以及如何解决幼儿教师的工作思想压力和来自职业的危机感的梳理。在此基础之上，与幼儿教师工作压力身心反应状况和幼儿教师压力以及压力的反应关系进行比较和分析，发现幼儿教师教书育人的教学过程中存在的问题。通过对幼儿教师压力的分析，和幼儿教师工作压力的身心反应的阐述，对幼儿教师的具体解压实践进行指导；更好的更积极的解决幼儿教师的工作压力。

ABSTRACT

Over the years, I have been conducting job is teaching. And in the process of teaching, there are a number of teaching staff are feeling the pinch and certain professional responsibility, which comes from the ideological level of stress and crisis continues to increase, because today's kindergarten teaching job stress, many teachers feel the pressure is big, can be a larger impact on their mood and mental health. Through the observation of the teachers, their career happiness index is low, can be found in the process of teaching a lot of teachers said boredom of jobs. So, the author in this article, through analyzing the present situation of the development of preschool teachers and research, from the school, society and individual level, Suggestions were proposed. This article through to the source of the preschool teachers pressure and how to solve the preschool teachers' work pressure and comb from professional sense of crisis. On this basis, and preschool teachers work stress reaction of body and mind condition and the relationship between preschool teachers' stress and stress reaction comparison and analysis, found that preschool teachers teaching problems existing in the teaching process. Through the analysis of pressure on preschool teachers, preschool teachers' work pressure and reaction of body and mind, extract the practice of preschool teachers' guidance; Better a more positive solve the preschool teachers' work pressure.

一、绪论

（一）选题缘由和研究意义

根据在郑州市走访以及互联网搜索调查发现：当今社会的幼儿教师的工作压力较大，而且幼儿教育是一种特殊的教育形势，对于工作发展，个人和社会的影响都是在职业老师中的难以让人忘记的经历。为了更好地提升职业幼儿教师的综合素质，以及减轻他们的工作压力，以及对各类人员进行心理健康教育，从社会，教育和教师等层面进行好各项管理工作，多方面地分析和提出幼儿教师压力减小的因素，并且能够在前面研究的基础上提出切实可行的改进建议，有利于促进幼儿教师本身的心理健康教育，能够使她们更加热情地工作，并把更多的精力用于发展教育事业。

（二）国内外研究综述

学者王小鹤的调查教师职业压力的研究已经成为对幼儿教育研究工作的执点，幼儿教师作为一个特殊的群体在教育工作中需要承受较大的压力。通过他本人进行的各种问卷和访谈调查等，对广州市几所幼儿园进行了相应的调查和研究工作。其结果显示，当前幼儿教师在工作过程中的压力较大，其主要体现为两个方
