大多数感叹句是由what和how引导,其句型结构为“What(或How)+感叹部分+主语+谓语!”。

也有少量其他形式的感叹句,
(1)What 引导的感叹句
What 用做定语,修饰名词,其引导的感叹句句型结构为:①What+a(an)+可数名词单数+主语+谓语!如: What an orphan he is!他是个多么可怜的孤儿啊!
②What+a (an)+形容词+可数名词单数+主语+谓语!如:What a beautiful voice she has!她的声音多美啊!

(4)感叹句常将主语和谓语动词省略,以“What+名词!”或“How+形容词!”的形式构成。

(5)其他形式的感叹句
有时候,可不用what和how来表示感叹,而用陈述句、疑问句、祈使句,甚至一个词或词组来表示感叹。
