图8-6是交流接触器的结构图和原理图。它主要是由电 磁铁和触点组两部分组成。
按状态的不同,接触器的触点分为动合(常开)触点 和动断(常闭)触点两种。接触器在线圈未通电时的 状态称为释放状态;线圈通电、铁心吸合时的状态称 为吸合状态。接触器处于释放状态时断开、而处于吸 合状态时闭合的触点称为动合触点;反之称为动断触 点。

(5)不能随便改变熔断器的工作方式,在熔体熔断后, 应根据熔断管端头上所标明的规格,换上相应的新 熔断管。不能用一根熔丝搭在熔管的两端,装入熔 断器内继续使用。

Nowadays, grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) technology has been well developed and widely applied in large PV power station, but its application on ocean-going ship is still at the stage of exploration. The latest solar ship “COSCO Tengfei”, which is designed by the research group of New Energy Ship, Wuhan University of Technology (WUT) in 2013, has successfully integrated a 143kWp PV system into its ship power system. This study aims to introduce a power management system, which is integrated in the PV system of “Tengfei” ship. It is mainly designed for implementing the monitoring, management and remote communication function, and ensuring the safety and reliability of whole PV system equipment. Firstly, the structure and operating mode of this marine solar PV system are introduced. Accordingly, the power management system is illustrated from two aspects including the structure of the solar power management system and the function of the solar power management system. Secondly, introduce the interface of the tablet operating tablet and how to realize the remote access to the interface. Lastly, make the conclusion and prospect. As so far the power management system is running well on the “Tengfei” ship.Keywords—ship; solar energy; remote communication; power managementI.I NTRODUCTIONAt present, with the rapid development of the industry of new energy, a great many of land using photovoltaic power generation station has been put into use, and the land using photovoltaic technology is relatively mature. But in the condition of ship, especially the application on the large ocean vessel is still in the exploring stage. Ocean-going ship combusts a large amount of diesel fuel, so it produces a large number of nitrogen oxide and carbon dioxide which is harmful to the ocean environment. So that as a kind of clean energy, the research of solar energy that used on ship is particularly meaningful. So far, large amount of countries have done the basic research on solar power technology in the application of ship. But because of the limit of solar panel installation area, the power supply of the solar system is insufficient in the ship condition, so that the traditional idea of the solar energy application on ship is relatively single. For large ocean-going ship, solar power generation system can usually only be used as auxiliary propulsion power or live electricity.Marine grid-connected solar power generation system uses electricity which generate by solar panels to grid, for the use of whole ship. But the system is vulnerable to weather conditions, the influence of geographical conditions and external environment, so that the power output is randomness and intermittent. If the photovoltaic power supply to the grid directly without coordination power control, will undermine the stability of regional power grid. “Tengfei” ship is the first large ocean-going ship installing photovoltaic grid power generation system. Its operating condition should be reasonable monitoring and management.So should develop a set of automatic management system (hereinafter referred to as the solar power management system) for the “Tengfei” ship’s solar power generation system. This system’s main features include: data acquisition and display, fault alarm and protection, influence factor analysis of photovoltaic power generation, data storage, report output and remote communication. With such functions the solar power generation system can ensure the safe and stable operating of marine solar power generation system to keep the reliability of ship power grid.II.MARINE SOLAR POWER GENERATION SYSTEM ̌Tengfei” ship mounted solar power generation system, the total capacity of approximately 143 KVA, using micro-grid PV inverter technology and the integration of off-grid, photovoltaic power generation system can be independent supply to the LED load, and it both can turn the DC photovoltaic power into three-phase AC current through the PV controller and PV inverter, and then converted by the transformer to meet the requirements of the ship's main power grid voltage level of the three-phase AC current, and achievesupply to ship's main power grid. Considering the photovoltaic generation power always have some volatility wave because of its randomness, ship power capacity smaller than the land-based power grid, PV penetration is small and other related factors, PV systems will have a greater impact for the ship's main power grid when grid. To mitigate the impact and to ensure power quality after the grid, we need to adopt appropriate capacity storage unit to improve the quality of photovoltaic generation power, the system selected lithium iron phosphate group (lithium batteries). In addition, the energy stored in the battery pack can also be used in the absence of electric conditions, and fully guarantee the utilization of solar energy as well as the continuity of supply. The main structure of the ship solar power generation system include: solar panels, PV controller, and off-grid and grid dual-mode PV inverter, AC power distribution cabinets, charger, lithium ion batteries and solar power management system .The core element is photovoltaic inverter, its use DSP as the main control chip. But when the PV power or the battery energy can’t afford the LED loads, we should take use of the lack of photovoltaic power output mode, using the ship power instead of the PV power to support the LED loads, we also call this mode bypass mode.III.SHIP SOLAR POWER MANAGEMENT SYSTEMWe design the solar power management system of the ship, according to the characteristics and the structure of solar photovoltaic power generation system. To unify collection and management of system parameters, and displayed in one place, and provide sound and light alarm, convenient staff take accordingly system operating. Main control unit of AC500 series PLC is mainly responsible for the signal of acquisition, processing, and the signal output, the tablet operating station integrated Fameview configuration software, to realization of man-machine function, the switch is used to extend the Ethernet interface, collect the main control unit, tablet operation station, inverter and other equipment include tablet operation station into one gateway, achieve the data exchange between equipment, using switch can save the unit port expansion cost.3G wireless router mainly realizes remote monitoring data, and adopts B/S structure based on Web technology to realize the browser remote access, allow researchers to master the real-time operating state of the system. Irradiation sensor and local temperature and humidity sensors mainly realize environment parameters acquisition, easy to master the parameters of the system working environment and working efficiency of photovoltaic component. The main means of communication with TCP/IP based on Ethernet and RS-485 bus communication protocol based on Modbus-RTU.B.the function of the solar power management systemThe functions of marine solar power management system mainly include: 1, Data acquisition and display function; 2, fault alarm and protection function; 3, analysis of influence factors on photovoltaic power generation; 4, data storage and report output functions, and the remote communication function.PLC program flow chartData mainly comes from photovoltaic inverter, BMS, photovoltaic controller, power distribution cabinet and environmental parameters sensors, and inverter adopts TCP/IP communication protocol for data acquisition, photovoltaic controller and BMS adopts the Modbus-RTU protocol for data collection, photovoltaic power distribution cabinet outputs digital signals, this signals are used to monitor photovoltaic system working mode and power supply area, collected through the DI model. Environment parameter sensor outputs the standard 4-20 mA current signal, can directly collected by the PLC analog extended module. The collected data will be processed by PLC and then uploaded to the tablet operating station through the Ethernet, the staff is able to read parameters by the tablet operating station.As shown in Fig.4 is PLC program flow chart. And the software design is abide by the program flow chart. Firstly, we make use of the module AI523, CM574, DI561, PM583 to collect environmental parameters, PV controller parameters, BMS parameters, AC power distribution cabinet parameters and inverter parameters. The AC500 CPU can get the parameters through the Inter-bus. If the parameters are analog, should choose linearization operating to turn the analog into the actual value. If the parameters is digital, directly putting the data into the corresponding address, and transport the parameters that have been handled to the tablet operating station. We also need to judge if the parameters are beyond the alarm value, if the parameters are abnormal, we should output sound and light alarm, the light will shiny. The light will not extinguish until the fault recovery.The factors influencing the photovoltaic power generation is mainly about the photovoltaic power generation system output power influenced by the effects of climate circumstances and environment factors. Study illustrates the climate factor is the major factor of influencing the photovoltaic power generation. In order to study the rules of the photovoltaic power generation system output power under the situation of climate change, based on the analysis of photovoltaic power generation system output power transformation, combined with the feature of seasonal change of climate, quantitative analysis has been done on the photovoltaic power generation and the relationship between the climate and other related factors. Monitoring system collects related values, including: temperature, humidity, light intensity and so on through various meteorological parameters sensors. The normalized value is used in correlation analysis, solar panels power output related to each time point and all of the environmental data are processed by normalization per hour for a period, and then displayed on the same plane coordinated graph, by the curve trend it can be intuitive to observe the photovoltaic power generation system output power and relations of various kinds of environmental data changing over time. The normalized processing formula is as follows:*m i n m a x m ini i p p p p p −=− (1) In the formula (1), p istands for the primitive data; i stands for the data sequence; p max and p min stand for {P} in the maximum and minimum values; *i p is the normalized value of the p i .IV. TABLET OPERATING STATIONAccording to the need of the functions about the solar power management system, design the tablet operating station interface to realizes the parameter display, alarm and alarm management, database storage and report forms printing, etc.Operating interface includes: system overview, system interface, the general monitoring interface, photovoltaic controller monitors interface, battery monitor interface,inverter, monitor, environment parameters monitoringinterface, power generation, energy conservation and emissionsreduction monitoring interface statistics interface, alarm management, history data management interface. To help the staffs understand the operating state of the system clearly.Fig. 5. the general monitoring interfaceFig. 6.the fault alarm which shown on the tablet operating stationAs shown in Fig.5 is the general monitoring interface. From this page we can clearly knowing the running state of the ship solar power generation system and help the crew to master the corresponding equipment. when the system is in fault, we can not only know the system is abnormal from the sound and lightalarm but also get the accuracy place of fault on the tablet operating station like the interface shown in Fig.5. Besides the monitor and alarm function, the tablet operating station can store the historical data in the SQL database, which provide guidance for later research and system upgrade. We use SQL to build the database and take use of the databasefunction of the soft Fameview to associate the database and the parameters that been saved in the running database in the Fameview. The specific implementation process is as follows. In the first, we should build the database in the SQL Server 2008, after establishing a database in SQL Server 2008, the connection between the new database and the FameView configuration software should be established, in order to realize the data collected by configuration software to complete the storage, operation and management of the parameters.Fig. 7.the database connection in FameviewAs shown in Fig.7 is the database connection in Fameview, FameView provides a powerful data base connection function, create the link between ODBC (open data base connection) data bases, through a variety of data processing, triggered by the time or conditions, finally storage the data in data base, to provide data for enterprise server, or can be used as historical data, data analysis and report output.As shown in Fig.8 is a part of the BMS report, we collect the BMS parameters per five second. From the time we can know that the parameter is collected on June 2, 2014. Besides the BMS report, we design other three reports, they are environmental parameters report, PV controller parameter report and inverter parameters report. The staffs can download the reports anytime, and send to the researchers in time. According to our calculations, the tablet operating station can save the parameters for about two years, and we can regularly update the data, delete the older data, so the system can work well all the time.In order to make the researchers master the running state of the system all the time and at any place, we designed the function which can remote access to the tablet operating station. Because the rapid development of 3G wireless communication technologies and the Fameview integrated 3G function, we choose 3G wireless communication as the communication of remote access function. As long as the tablet operating station could connect to the 3G network, we can access to the tablet operating station all around the word. The "Tengfei" is an ocean-going ship, so it can connect to the 3G net only when it is at the dock.Fig. 8.the output BMS reportTo consider the regional characteristics of system installation ship objects "Tengfei". This system uses 3G wireless communication technologies, based on Web technology of B/S structure, Implements the shore-based personnel can through a Web browser to monitor the running state of the system of solar power generation system, and can be remotely download historical data. The network structure of 3G remote access function is shown in Fig.9.Fig. 9.the network structure of 3G remote access function We could remote access the PLC network system through the 3G remote access function, and the network system include 3G network, 3G routers, Ethernet cable, PLC system and PC. System installation ship object "Tengfei" dropped anchor in anchorage outside the Shanghai waigaoqiao dock, test the tablet operating station 3G remote access.Remote monitoring interface is shown in Fig.10. Through the Web technology of B/S structure basically achieved the function of remote access interface, complete the picture visit, the real-time data and historical database transfer work, has a certain accuracy and real-time performance.Fig. 10. he remote access tablet operating stationV.CONCLUSION AND PROSPECT The solar power management system, realized thecollection and display, fault alarm, safety control and remote access, and other functions. Designing the solar power management system's overall structure and main functions are determined. Completed the design of the system of 3G network structure and configuration, realized the remote access functions with the programmable logic controller and PC interface, realize the data sharing between ship and shore.
