I/A’s系统维护手册(工程师手册)编制:何卫兵上海福克斯波罗有限公司二零零二年元月第一章系统概述本手册为上海福克斯波罗有限公司DCS系统I/A维护手册,并作为I/A’s 培训手册的补充。

用户可以结合两本手册来进行系统操作、软件组态及系统维护。

必要时还应参考随机的原版资料及福克斯波罗公司提供的中文培训手册。

本手册针对福克斯波罗制造的I/A’S,采用Solaris 2.5.1操作系统和I/A’s 6.2.1版本应用软件。

整个系统为一个节点,在冗余的节点总线DNBI上挂有:●三台工程师站AW5101、AW5102、AW5103该站作为工程师站,内置256M内存及8GB硬盘,AW5102外挂一台喷墨打印机(电缆长度15米),AW5103配有和MIS系统通讯用的第二以太网卡。

该工作站安放在工程师站内,与I/A机柜(位于电子间)之间的通讯电缆长度为30米。

●四台操作员站WP5101、WP5103、WP5104、WP5105该站内置128M内存及8GB硬盘,并各配有一个21”的CRT。

该工作站安放在主控室内与I/A机柜(位于电子间)之间的通讯电缆长度为30米。

●一台操作员站WP5102该站作为大屏幕操作站,内置128M内存及8GB硬盘,除配有一个21”的CRT外。

还配有一台用于显示大屏幕的以太网卡。

六、FOXBORO一体化远程I/O说明1、FOXBORO一体化远程I/O说明在硬件上,由于FOXBORO I/A系统的所有I/O组件FBM都是智能的,为全密闭的设计,采用了低功耗的CMOS元件,其工作温度可达到-20℃至+70℃,能够承受电厂中恶劣的现场环境,具备了固有的远程I/O能力。

上海福克斯波罗有限公司所有的I/O组件既可以用作本地I/O使用,也可以用作远程I/O使用。

上海福克斯波罗公司采用一体化远程I/O的布置方式可以有效地减少安装工程的工作量,降低电缆的成本费用,减小电子设备间的面积;提高系统的抗干扰能力和火灾防护能力。

FOXBORO I/A系统所有的组件都是智能的,具有自诊断能力,其中一些组件可执行就地程序。

具有输入/输出的数字量组件可执行梯形逻辑。

这不仅改善了梯形逻辑执行的速度,对一些重要的设备来说,在两个控制器同时故障时仍可继续安全地运行,并且显著地减少了用户的现场接线成本。

国内如江苏谏壁电厂、通州美亚热电厂等电力工程都成功地采用了FOXBORO一体化远程I/O的布置方式,取得了良好的效果。

在软件上,I/A系统的实时数据库是分散分布的全局实时数据库,采用Foxboro公司独特的目标管理技术。

在I/A网络上的任何一个处理机(无论是AW70、WP70或者是FCP270),都可以作为一个服务器为网络上的其它处理机服务,同时它也可以作为一个客户机去访问网络上任何一个处理机的数据。

在I/A系统中,访问任何一个数据只需要知道该数据的地址,而不会受到其物理位置的限制。

这种分散分布的数据库结构,避免了某一个关键设备可能出现的瓶颈效应,同时把任何一个设备故障所造成的影响限制在最小的范围内,提供了数据访问最大的灵活性和安全性,保证了一体化远程I/O数据传输安全可靠。

远程I/O柜的供电为两路220VAC,考虑到可靠性的要求,通常由DCS的配电柜送出。

远程I/O 柜也可以就近接受220Vac的电源。

远程I/O柜的接地,采用就近接入电厂的电气公共接地网。

Control Processor 60
控制处理器60 是可选的容错处理站,当它与现场总线组件 (FBMs)相连接,可实现调节控制、逻辑控制、定时、顺序控制。

它同时执行数据采集(通过FBMs), 报警监测和告示
CP60支持两种基本型的FBMs,他们是DIN导轨安装的 FBM系列(FBM201,FBM202等等)和Y型FBMs(FBM01,FBM02 等等)。

CP60支持与液压静力接口单元(HIU),质量流量计和面板显示站的通讯。

CP60通过10Mbps的以太网现场总线与所有相关设备相连。

设备(FBMs)与10Mbps的以太网现场总线之间的接口通过现场总线通讯组件(FCM10E或FCM10Ef组件)和/或现场总线隔离器(FBI10E组件)来实现。

无容错的CP60是一个单宽的处理器组件。

容错的CP60是由两个单宽的处理器组件组成。

增强的可靠性
容错配置的CP60由2块并行工作的组件,分别和I/A系列节点总线和以太网现场总线单独连接。

两块控制处理器组件,作为容错的一对,在任何一块组件发生硬件故障时,可提供连续的运行。

两块组件同时接收处理信息,组件自身可以检测到故障。

故障检测的一种重要途径是在组件外部接口处比较通讯的信息。

检测到故障后,两块组件同时启动自诊断程序以确定有故障的组件。

非故障的组件则继续控制,而不影响正常的系统运行。

为进一步确保通讯的可靠性,容错的控制处理器在节点总线和现场总线的接口上均进行误差检测和地址确认。

在维护和运行期间为加强其可靠性,CP60还配置了一个凹进去的复位按钮,位于组件的正面。

这一特征可以允许手动使组件下电和上电,而无需从机柜中拔出组件。

诊断
CP60使用下列三种诊断方法来检测并/或隔离故障:
∙上电时自检查
∙运行时间与watchdog定时器检查
∙离线诊断
当CP上电时,上电自检查功能进行自动初始化。

这些检查依次对CP内功能元件进行检查。

CP组件前面的红绿指示灯反映了控制处理器启动顺序中不同阶段是否成功。

运行时间和watchdog定时器检查,在系统正常运行期间对控制处理器提供连续的监视功能。

操作员可以通过系统信息打印或显示来得知故障信息。

离线诊断可以临时装载到系统,以对系统中不同的站和设备进行全面的测试和检查。

利用离线诊断,可以将CP内可能存在的故障隔离并/或进行确认。

现场总线组件(FBMs)提供数字量I/O,模拟量I/O,和智能变送器信号的转换。

允许相应的信号值与控制处理器通讯。

宽量程的FBMs可以执行各种类型的信号转换使控制处理器与现场传感器和执行机构接口。

现场总线的灵活性
CP60有两种基本的网络组态方式,可提供I/O子系统执行过程中广泛的灵活性:
∙直接网络组态 (图1) –控制处理器与FCM(s) 和/或FBI10E组件直接连接,光纤扩展可选。

有源星型网络组态 (图2) –多接口光纤转换器(hub)进一步扩展了现场总线的距离同时也增加了应用的多面性和安全性。
