【教材分析】
Module4U1的主要内容为描述病人的看病经历，其中继续学习和运用前一模块的语法知识（现在完成时），又为后一模块Module5时态的整合与复习做下了铺垫。本模块具有承上启下的重要作用。话题为看病，比较贴近学生生活实际，容易理解和接受。
【教学目标】

二、Ability objective:
能听懂和阅读关于介绍看病经历的语言，能通过相关词汇和图片描述自己和他人的看病经历；能编写关于看病的对话。

学会理解他人，学会倾听别人的痛苦；学会珍爱生命健康，远离疾病。

Step 1: Warming-up
装扮成医生的样子，拿着体温计和听诊器询问同学们：
What’s this？
Who will use these things? Have you seen a doctor?
导入新课：Today we will learn something about seeing the doctor.
设计意图：实物引导，贴近生活实际。教具直观易接受。通过问题引出本次话题：看医生。在看和答中导入本课，自然流畅。

通过图片展示并学习words and phrases.让学生领读，调动学生积极性。Pair work 检验成果：使用刚学过的单词，两人一组完成对话

设计意图：通过生动形象的图片展示学习新的单词，学习之后，让不同层次学生来领读，一可以检测学生是否已掌握单词，二可以调动学生学习新课的积极性。

设计意图：此次听力难度并不大，因此我设计只播放一遍，主要目的是为了让学生集中精力来听对话，锻炼他们的注意力和听力，并通过听来进一步了本课主要学习的内容。然后集体核对，完成练习

两人合作，快速完成题目。五道小题进行抢答，如果有错误需改正。完全答对的同学可以获得奖励一个，以资鼓励。
设计意图：题目需合作完成，为了调动学生学习的积极性，在核对答案的时候，我设计的是抢答，强调学生把错误的地方改正。完全答对的同学，给予一份小奖励，这样既活跃了气氛，又调动了学生们学习的热情。

本环节问题多，层次深，难度较大，需要学生小组合作，共同解决七大问题。然后男女生分组，进行比赛：Play a game! 苹果树游戏，回答完整无误的一分，男女生竞赛，看谁得分多！
设计意图：小组合作适合完成难度较大的任务。这七个小题量大，题目难度也较大，学生单独完成会比较吃力。因此设定为四人一组合作完成，这样对于容易丢三落四的同学来说，有了其他人的帮助和补充，同样可以圆满完成任务。输出时我设计的是一个游戏，叫做“苹果树竞赛”，具体内容可以见课件。通过竞赛进行全班男女生大PK。激发学生们的竞争意识，在比赛中学会合作，更深程度的把握好课文。
Step 5:Acting互动学习，激发潜能
今天我们学习了大名是如何看病的。设想如果你有一天你病了，去看医生，你会如何描述你的病情。如果你是医生，你会如何给病人看病，又会发生什么事情。同桌两人一组，进行练习并准备。

请几组学生上台表演seeing the doctor, 其他学生观看并评价 设计意图：在由浅入深的学习了本课《看医生》之后，学生对于文章有了更深的理解和想法。本环节的设计重点在于让学生用自己的语言和经历来创作一篇文章。并把它表现出来。给学生一个展示自己的平台和机会。锻炼学生的表现力和自信心。

通过陈述事实：每年死于疾病的人口有300万，让学生想象自己老年的生活，并通过播放视频，对比两种截然不同的老年生活情况，唤起学生对于健康生活的憧憬和热爱。并树立信心：从今天起，健康生活！养成良好的生活习惯(do more exercise,have more vegetables,
have more fruits,sleep well every day and so on.)
设计意图：本环节重在唤起学生对于健康的认识，很多学生不吃早饭，不爱运动，喜欢吃快餐等等。通过数字和事实以及视频的展现，让学生们认识到健康的重要性，认识到只有健康的身体，才能够更好的学习和工作。呼吁学生们改掉不良习惯，形成良好的生活习惯。
