Limitation period时限
民事申索案件，一般都有一个指定的时限，时限过后，必须要得到法庭的特别批准，才可以进行有关的申索或者程序。一般的合约纠纷时限为6年，但涉及契约的纠纷则有12年时限，雇员工伤索偿的时限是由意外发生日起的两年内进行，而其它受伤索偿的时限则有3年。
Lapse 失去时效
