2、能认读句子:I want to give thanks.并会运用句型:I want to…来表达想要干什么。
3、让学生体会父母对于我们的养育和关怀,从而激发学生的感恩之情。
2学情分析小学三年级的学生,属于中低年级。
在一二年级时有句型和单词的积累,已经开始接触语段语篇的输入。
掌握的句型有to be句型、to have句型、can的句型以及like的句型。
在前几课中学生能用一段话进行各种描述,比如,介绍自己,介绍朋友,介绍家人,介绍动物等。
本课涉及到的词组是give birth to和look after。
give birth to尽管比较抽象,但通过大量图片的机械操练,学生能掌握意思并会运用。
词组look after的内涵很丰富,我采取让学生自主讨论,挖掘平时父母照顾自己的片段,用已学的句型表达出来,来进行有意义的操练。
本环节可能会由于学生单词词组的缺乏而阻碍学生的表达,我在学生表达之前设计了一首小诗,浓缩了一些词组,旨在学生朗诵后能给与启发,帮助学生克服障碍。
在三个新授环节中,我采用学生自己说一说、同桌互相表达一下,以及四人小组讨论的方式,让学生有自主参与、小组合作、同桌共享多种不同的学习方式,体验合作学习、互相交流的愉悦感。
3重点难点1、教学重点: 认读词组:give birth to, look after,并能理解look after的含义。
2、教学难点:会运用句型:I want to…来表达想要干什么。

Unit 2 My family
【教学目标】
1.能听说认读father (dad), mother (mom), man, woman, grandfather (grandpa), grandmother (grandma)并能结合句子进行使用。
2.能听懂、会唱歌曲Father and Mother。
3.培养学生学习英语的兴趣及听、说英语的习惯。
【教学重难点】
听说、认读有关家庭成员的单词:father (dad), mother (mom), man, woman, grandfather (grandpa), grandmother (grandma)。
【教学过程】
Step 1 Warm–up
1.Let’s sing: “Boy and Girl”
2.播放动画,让学生模仿表演。
Step 2 Presentation
1.教师出示Chen Jie的图片问学生:Who’s this girl? 让学生回答:She’s Chen Jie.并把图片贴到黑板上。
2.教师分别出示father, mother的图片,问学生:Who’s that man (woman)? 引导学生说出:He’s Chen Jie’s father (dad). She’s Chen Jie’s mother (mom).并把图片贴到黑板上。
3.出示单词卡,让学生认读father, dad, mother, mom, man, woman, 让学生把这些单词卡贴到黑板上相应的图片下。
4.教师:There are 4 people in Chen Jie’s family, too. Do you know who are they? 可先让学生猜,再出示图片教读单词:grandfather (grandpa), grandmother(grandma), brother, sister, 并把图片贴到黑板上,形成family tree.
注:教师向学生说明grandpa, grandma多用于口语中。
brother, sister不是本课内容,稍带即可。
5.教师出示单词卡,让学生先试着把单词grandfather (grandpa), grandmother(grandma), brother, sister贴到相应的图片下,再教读单词。
6.让学生看黑板。
教师:This is a family tree. How many people in Chen Jie’s family? Who are they?
7.播放Let’s learn A部分的视频,学生边观看边跟读。
再让学生扮演Chen Jie介绍自己的家庭成员:This is my family. He’s my…She’s my…
8.让学生拿着自己的家庭照片向大家介绍自己的家庭成员。
当学生介绍到父母时,教师可问:Do you love your father and mother? I love my father and mother. What about you?
9.播放歌曲“Father and mother”,学生反复学唱。
10.鼓励学生把其他家庭成员也编成歌曲,并表演给大家看。
Step 3 Practice
1.比一比:学生拿出自己准备的全家福照片玩听音指图游戏,教师发出指令:mother ,学生立即指出自己的妈妈,并说:This is my mother.等。
教师及时给予学生鼓励和表扬。
2.游戏:教师事先准备好单词卡,请三位同学上台。
先由一位同学看单词卡并读出该单词,比如grandpa,其余两位迅速将正确的照片贴在family tree 的相应位置,然后大声说:Grandpa. He’s my grandpa.
3.Let’s sing
a.教师再次出示自己的家庭照,指着爸爸、妈妈说:I love my father. I love my mother.用手势来表示含义,带读love。
b.播放歌曲“Father and Mother”,学生学唱。
c.各小组比一比,看哪个组唱得最好,教师给予表扬。
Step 4 Consolidation and Extension
Let’s chant
Dad Dad Dad, dad is father.
Mom Mom Mom, mom is mother.
Grandpa Grandpa Grandpa, grandpa is grandfather.
Grandma Grandma Grangma, grandma is grandmother.
Step 5 Summary
1.教师和学生一起总结本课时的教学重点,回顾学生所学知识。
2.教师总评学生的学习活动,对有进步的学生进行奖励。
Step 6 Homework
1.把歌曲唱给家人和朋友听。
2.用学过的单词称呼家庭成员并问好。
