2022年捷豹路虎发现运动混动版发动机故障灯常亮

332023/11·汽车维修与保养文/浙江 蔡永福2022年捷豹路虎发现运动混动版故障现象一辆2022年生产的捷豹路虎发现运动插电混动版,搭载AJ20型1.5T 三缸发动机,VIN码为L2CHA2B79NG15***,行驶里程为1 123km,该车发动机故障灯常亮。
故障诊断与排除接车后,首先验证故障现象。
启动车辆,发现仪表台上的发动机故障灯常亮(图1)。
上路试车,未见其他异常。
询问车主得知,由于暂未安装家用充电桩,第一次在外公共的充电桩充电后启动车辆时,就发现仪表台上的发动机故障灯常亮。
而且,车主确认在充电之前,仪表台上的发动机报警灯未点亮。
另外,车主还反映,车载娱乐系统显示屏出现过一次黑屏的情况,但重新启动后又自动恢复正常了。

使用诊断电脑PF对故障车进行全车扫描,发现系统内存有多个故障码(图2):U006487-车辆通信总线E消息缺失;U008087-车辆通信总线F消息缺失;B130002-音频输出A一般信号故障;B156119-座椅高度调节电机驱动[B1561]电路电流高于限值;U004681-车辆通信总线C接收到无效串行数据。
在上述这些故障码中,没有一个故障码与发动机故障灯点亮是相关的,因此笔者推测可能是该车使用了非授权的充电桩而导致发动机故障灯点亮。
使用诊断电脑清除所有故障码后重新进行全车扫描,系统内未再发现无任何故障码,且仪表台上的发动机故障灯也不再点亮。
交车时,建议车主不要使用非捷豹路虎授权的充电桩进行充电,同时在用车时留心观察,发现任何异常时,请及时返厂检修。
一周后,该车再次进店,车主反映仪表台上的发动机故障灯再次点亮,并且这次车辆没有进行过任何充电,故障灯也是在车辆启动时点亮的。
再次使用诊断电脑PF进行全车扫描,得到的故障码与上次基本相同,依旧存有故障码 U0064-87和U0080-87,但仍然未发现与发动机故障灯点亮有关的故障码。
2018年捷豹路虎揽胜行驶中耸车且多个报警灯点亮

文/浙江 蔡永福2018年捷豹路虎揽胜故障现象一辆2018年生产的捷豹路虎揽胜,搭载SCV6Petrol型3.0L发动机,VIN码为SALGA3BV6JA39****,行驶里程为77 036km,据车主反映,在行驶过程中该车变速器突然出现明显冲击,随即仪表台上出现“HDC不可用”“稳定控制不可用”“自适应动态不可用”等故障提示信息,但车辆仍可正常行驶。
出现这种情况后,车主马上靠边停车,并熄灭发动机,之后再按点火开关尝试启动时发现发动机无法启动,但挡把上的P挡指示灯正常点亮,仪表台上仍然显示着上述故障提示信息。
锁车大约10min后车主再次尝试启动,发动机顺利启动,且车辆恢复正常。
此时,车主不敢再次熄灭发动机,担心无法再次启动,并直接将故障车开到店内进行检修。
故障诊断与排除接车时,发动机处于正常运转状态,查看仪表台,发现“HDC不可用”“稳定控制不可用”“自适应动态不可用”等故障提示信息一直在显示,同时多个报警灯点亮(图1),但未见其他明显异常。
另外,换挡杆上的指示灯显示正常,重新挂挡,车辆依旧行驶正常。
熄火后重新点火,发动机启动正常,未出现车主担心的熄火后无法启动的情况。
查看车辆,未发现任何加装或改装,查阅技术网站,未发现相关的技术公告和服务活动。
询问车主得知,该车同样的故障大约一周出现一次,故障出现时马上熄火就会出现发动机无法再次启动的情况。
连接诊断电脑PF,发现故障车内存有大量故障码,其中,与故障现象相关的故障码(图2)有:U029187-与换挡模块B的通信中断,消息缺失;U010187-与变速器控制模块的通信丢失,消息缺失;U004687-车辆通信总线C消息缺失;U004681-车辆通信总线C接收到无效串行数据;U004682-车辆通信总线C活动/顺序计数器不正确,未更新;U008088-车辆通信总线F总线断开;U008082-车辆通信总线F活动/顺序计数器不正确,未更新;U010100-与变速器控制模块的通信丢失,没有任何子类型信息;U040382-接收到来自分动箱控制模块的无效数据,活动/顺序计数器不正确,未更新;U010287-与分动箱控制模块的通信丢失,消息缺失。

空调状态不佳的维修指引
涉及车辆:2016年款路虎发现运动版及路虎揽胜极光车型。
通 报 内 容 :上 述 部 分车 型 在 使 用 过 程中出 现 无 法 制 冷 的 故 障。维修人员试车发现,在空调压缩机(A /C)打开情况下,通风 口仍吹送热风。经过检查分析,故障是由于在更换空调接头保护 盖时,空调压缩机(A /C)进气口或出风口的O形密封圈损坏。当 出现此类问题时,按照如下方式进行检查及维修。
针对路虎第四代发现(L319)、路虎揽胜运动版(L320)及 路虎揽胜(L322)车型采用如下维修方法。
(1)本程序要求加载DVD145.08和校准文件240或更高版本。 (2)打开点火开关(发动机未运转)。 (3)将故障诊断仪连接至车辆并开始新的诊断会话。
(4)按照提示读取车辆识别码,并启动数据收集序列。 (5)在会话类型中选择“诊断”。 (6)如果此时没有超链接弹出,可通过以下方式找到应用 程序。 ①选择“选定的症状”会话类型。 ②依照步骤选择动力传动系统——发动机系统——无法起 动,或电气——仪表——信息中心——信息显示屏——动力传动 系统。 (7)选择“继续”,随后选择“建议”。 (8)从“建议”选项中,选择“运行”已执行“防盗-未找到智 能钥匙”选项。
(6)拆下并弃用2个A /C压缩 机 进气管O形密封圈(图2)。 (7)安装2个全新的进气口密封圈,零件号为LR054870。 (8)安装压缩机进气口,在安装前必须拆下封口盖并且安装 扭矩为25 N·m(图3). (9)拆下A /C压 缩 机出口管路,在拆除前 确 保 所有开口密 封 完好,并使用新堵盖(图4) (10)拆除并弃用所有压缩机出口管路O形密封圈(图5)。 (11)安装2个 全新压缩机出口管路O形密封圈。零件号为 LR054871。 (12)安装压缩机出口管路,安装扭矩为25 N·m。在安装前 必须拆下封口盖(图6)。 (13)安装发动机下挡板。 (14)降下车 辆,随 后重新加注(A /C)系统至 正确的规格。
