软管及总成的表示方法一、DN值及DASH/SIZE值概念DN值是德国DIN标准所规定的软管标定尺寸,即软管的公称内径尺寸(毫米)。

例如DN值为10的软管即表示该软管的公称内径尺寸为10毫米。

DASH值也叫SIZE值,为美国SAE标准所规定的软管标定尺寸。

它是软管或接头规格尺寸(英寸)的缩写,实际上是省略了分母16的分子数。

例如一个DASH值为04的规格尺寸,软管或接头的实际公称尺寸是4/16或表示为1/4英寸。

DN值与DASH/SIZE值的对照关系如下:二、高压软管的表示方法:汉萨.福莱柯斯公司高压软管的表示方法为HD加上三位数字表示。

其中第一位数字代表软管钢丝加强层层数,第二、第三位数字代表DN值。

常州公司使用的高压软管目前只有三种形式,一种是DIN20022标准的2SN软管,中间有二层编织钢丝加强、工作介质为矿物油、工作温度为-40度-100度。

表示方法为HD200。

第二种是DIN20023标准的4SP软管,中间有四层缠绕钢丝加强、工作介质为矿物油。

工作温度为-40度-100度。

表示方法为HD400。

第三种是DIN20023标准的4SH软管,中间有四层高强度缠绕钢丝加强、工作介质为矿物油。

工作温度为-40度-100度。

表示方法为HD500。

需要说明的是HD500中的5并不代表钢丝加强层为五层。

例如:HD 206 其中HD=高压软管2=二层高张力钢丝编织层06=DN值为6毫米例如:HD 420 其中HD=高压软管4=四层高强钢丝缠绕增强层20=DN值为20毫米例如:HD 532 其中HD=高压软管5=四层高强缠绕钢丝增强层32=DN值为32毫米三,扣压式套筒的表示方法:我公司使用的扣压式套筒共有二种形式。

一种是PHN套筒,扣压时不需剥去胶管外胶层。

另一种是PHD套筒,扣压时需剥去胶管外胶层。

汉萨.褔莱柯斯公司扣压式套筒的表示方法为PHN或PHD加上三位数字表示。

例如:PHN 206 其中PHN200=不剥皮扣压式套筒适用胶管:HD100 ,HD200 ,KP2006=DN值为6毫米例如:PHD 113 其中PHD100=剥皮扣压式套筒适用胶管:HD100,KP100,KP200,KP200S,HD100T等13=DN值为13毫米例如:PHD 420 其中PHD200=剥皮扣压式套筒适用胶管:HD200,HD200S,HD200T,KP400,HD400等20=DN值为20毫米三、接头的表示方法1、接头的表示方法汉萨.褔莱柯斯公司压力接头的表示方法由PN加一组数字及一组字母组成。

Parker软管使用说明尊敬的客户朋友:针对广大用户对CNG软管的使用方法、使用寿命、更换周期、更换条件等的迫切需求,我公司根据软管生产商的原英文使用说明翻译成中文使用说明,以便广大用户理解,有此说明书,就能更好的明确软管的使用方法和更换依据。

CNG软管CNG软管应用于天然气输送和加气机系统等。

最高使用温度为180F。

CNG软管不能运用于没有足够通风的局限空间。

注意:首先必须组装起来检漏,检漏遵从GAG规则。

具有明火处或者具有打火装置处,不能够使用。

检漏液体必须回清洗掉,软管上不得残留检漏液。

需更换条件包括:1. 有渗漏物;2. 软管上有膨胀气泡或者软点3. 过度磨损4. 破裂或者折损5. 纠结或拧捏6. 将软管置于超过180F(82.2C)或者低于-40F(-40C)7. 软管错位或者变形CNG软管符合ANSI/ISA NGV 4.2-1999 CSA 1.52-M99条款。

“CNG软管应用于天然气输送和加气机系统上”CNG软管主要参数如下:注意:特别注意软管应确保不被强行弯曲、缠绕或扭转。

应确保周围环境对软管与设备连接的有效保护应对软管进行每月至少一次的检查按照步骤,首先对软管外观进行检查,看有无破损,然后对软管进行耐压测试,看软管是否泄漏。

最后对软管进行导静电测试。

对软管没有可靠的保护装置,则不能使用软管。
