昌茂小学三年级(英语)教研组工作计划
一、指导思想
以学校总体工作为依据,以提高教研质量和教学质量为目标,增强学习意识、教科研意识、质量意识、合作意识,充分发挥业务职能的作用。

以新课程改革为契机,以更新教育教学观念为先导,以课堂教学改革为重点,深入开展常规课堂教学互动,正确处理课堂创新与质量的关系,探索符合新课程理念的自主化学习方式,达到面向全体,关注差异,促进学生和谐发展。

二、基本情况
三年级学生已经熟悉了学校的环境及规定,各项常规要求能按要求顺利完成,已经形成了一些好的学习习惯,学习能力在不断提高。

他们在一、二年级接触了英语,对英语感到好奇,对学习英语都有很浓厚的兴趣。

但口语成绩还不是很理想,希望在班主任老师的大力协助下,能提高上来。

本组共有2名英语教师,每人负责三个班的英语教学工作。

教师们工作态度端正,关爱学生,有丰富的小学英语教学经验,各有教学特点,能吸引学生的注意力,教学效率高,能认真对待并完成每一项工作。

组员有积极进取的精神,能互相合作,也希望各年级英语教师团结协作相互学习督促,为共同的目标贡献力量。

三、教研目标
1.深入学习《新课程标准》,不断更新教育观念,转变教学思想。

2.按照学校常规管理要求,常规工作做精做细,注重整改工作中存在的问题。

3.进一步发挥教研组功能。

开展听课、说课、评课为主要形式的常规教研活动。

提倡一课多作,加强评课,切磋环节,提高研究质量,发挥课堂教学的评价的导向、激励、调控作用。

4.提高教师办公效率,组内老师互相提醒,互相监督,形成良好的办公风气。

2、说;能够模仿示范提出和回答简单的问题。

1、扎实有效搞好教学
(1)认真做好教材的备课工作;
(2)认真学习、理解教材,努力上好常态课,及时总结教学反思;(3)年级教师共同探索教法和学法;
(4)对课堂教学过程中出现的新问题,做到及时研究解决。

以一个主题、四个环节(备课、上课、交流、反思)为主线,做到主题明确、过程清楚、环节到位;
(2)认真落实年级互听课;

3、加强对学生学习思维过程的研究,切实关爱后进生。
