滤层结构
•单层滤池通常以石英砂(sand)做为滤料。 •双层滤池是在石英砂滤料的上面再放一层 粒度比较粗的无烟煤(anthracite)。 •三层滤池是在双层滤池的基础上再在石英 砂滤料的下面放一层粒度更细、比重更大 的滤料,一般用磁铁矿(magnetite)。

• 过滤过程是原水由 上到下通过一定厚 度的由一定粒度的 粒状介质组成的床 层,由于粒状介质 之间存在大小不同 的孔隙,废水中的 悬浮物被这些孔隙 截留而除去。

• 到一定程度时过滤不 能进行,需要进行反 洗。反洗是通过上升 水流的作用使滤料呈 悬浮状态,滤料间的 孔隙变大,污染物随 水流带走,反洗完成 后再进行过滤。所以 深层过滤过程是间断 进行的。

3. Variable-volume systems contain pumps whose output can be varied to suit different requirements. Combinations of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic controls may be used to regulate the flow of oil. Variablevolume systems generally do not require certain bypass and flow-control valves, which are needed in a constant volume system. Variable-volume systems are widely used when the output power and speed vary over a wide range.
