中国金的地球化学省及其成因的微观解释王学求,徐善法,迟清华,刘雪敏中国地质科学院地球物理地球化学勘查研究所,河北廊坊,065000内容提要:利用全国1∶20万区域化探扫面600×104 km2和东天山、中蒙边界1∶100万地球化学填图86×104 km2的金分析数据,在全国圈定了15处金的地球化学省集中区,并发现与金矿成矿带或大型矿集区有关的地球化学省都具有多层套合结构特征。
这种具有多层套合特征的地球化学省的形成是由高背景岩石、成矿作用和矿床风化产生的次生分散相互叠加的结果。
高背景岩石提供了成矿元素的初始物源,成矿过程使得元素的进一步活化和富集,矿床风化产生元素的点源分散进一步形成叠加异常浓集中心,最后形成了具有多层套合的地球化学异常。
通过使用微米和纳米观测手段发现地球化学样品中存在大量微米至纳米级金微粒,这种金微粒具有极强的活动性,能被各种营力作长距离搬运,形成了大规模具有多层套合特征的金地球化学省。
关键词:金地球化学省;套合地球化学异常;成因机制;微观观测;纳米微粒地球化学省(geochemical province)被定义为相对较大范围的一套岩石,这套岩石化学组分与地壳的平均值有显著的不同,这个省的位置及其范围可以提供具有相当经济意义的初始勘查靶区(Hawkeset al.,1962)。

Fe、Si主要是以粗大难溶杂质相形式存在。
形成含Fe杂质相的种类较多,在含Cu量较高的合金中主要是形成Al7Cu2Fe相;形成含Si杂质相主要是Mg2Si相。
Fe、Si杂质元素含量增加对合金强度的影响不大,但形成的富Fe、富Si粗大难溶杂质相含量的增加明显降低合金的塑性、断裂韧性和抗应力腐蚀性能。
降低Fe、Si杂质元素含量是发展高综合性能航空铝合金的重要方向。
关键词:杂质;7×××系铝合金;断裂韧性;抗应力腐蚀doi:10.3969/j.issn.1001-4381.2013.06.019中图分类号:TG146.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1001-4381(2013)06-0092-07Abstract:Effects of Fe and Si impurities on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7×××se-ries aircraft aluminum alloys are overviewed.The Fe and Si impurities mainly form coarse and insolu-ble intermetallic particles in the microstructure.Among a variety of iron rich intermetallics,Al7Cu2Fephase is typically found in the alloys with higher Cu content while the Mg2Si phase is the main siliconrich intermetallics.The increase of the Fe and Si contents has little effect on the strength,butmarkedly reduces the plasticity,fracture toughness and stress corrosion resistance of 7×××aluminumalloys in that the contents of coarse Fe-rich and Si-rich insoluble impurity phases increases.Reducingthe contents of Fe and Si impurities is significant to develop the high comprehensive properties of air-craft aluminum alloys.Key words:impurity;7×××aluminum alloy;fracture toughness;stress corrosion resistance 随着航空工业的发展,对航空铝合金性能的需求除了要满足高强度外,还要满足高断裂韧性、抗疲劳与抗应力腐蚀等高综合性能。
浇注温度对Al_7Zn_2_5Mg_Cu合金组织和热裂性能的影响

浇注温度对Al -7Zn -2.5Mg -Cu 合金组织和热裂性能的影响黄胜1,陈晓2,陈淑婉1(1.运城学院机电工程系,山西运城044000;2.福州大学机械工程及自动化学院,福建福州350108)摘要:采用约束棒法评定不同浇注温度下Al-7Zn-2.5Mg-Cu合金的热裂倾向,采用OM观察了合金的显微组织。
结果表明,不同浇注温度下,合金的显微组织均为等轴晶结构。
随着浇注温度升高,合金的晶粒粗化,晶间共晶数量减少,且由连续分布逐渐转变成半连续分布,热裂倾向增大。
但浇注温度为680℃时,合金出现浇不足缺陷。
在保证该合金充型能力的前提下,降低浇注温度是减少其热裂倾向的有效途径。

Ti-Al-Fe-O熔体中氧化铝析出行为的研究

Ti-Al-Fe-O 系熔体中ω(Al )和ω(Ti )关系决定铝脱氧极限。
本文用真空非自耗电弧炉在1 800~2 000 ℃范围内充分熔炼Ti-Al-Fe-O 系(ω(Ti )=30%~75%,ω(Al ) =5%~20%,ω(O )=5%)样品,然后在水冷铜模中快速冷却,采用XRD 、SEM 和EDS 进行了样品检测。
实验结果表明,成分为60Ti20Al15Fe5O 的熔体中快冷相的析出顺序为Al 2O 3相、钛氧相、钛铝相、钛铁氧相、钛铁相,而且析出相的ω(O )按照析出顺序逐步降低。
达到同样的脱氧极限前提下,Ti-Al-Fe-O 系熔体中ω(Ti )越高,平衡所需的ω(Al )越高。
当脱氧极限为5%且ω(Ti )>50%时, Al 2O 3析出曲线上的ω(Al )和ω(Ti )关系遵循:ω(Al ) = 0.017 635 + 0.176 35ω(Ti )。

The deoxidation limit in melts of Ti-Al-Fe-O system is determined by the relationship between ω(Al) and ω(Ti). In this paper, the samples (ω(Ti)=30%-75%, ω(Al)=5%-20%, ω(O)=5%) were fully melted in a vacuum non-consumable arc furnace in the range of 1 800 ℃ to 2 000 ℃, rapidly cooled in a water-cooled copper mold, and detected by XRD, SEM and EDS. The experimental results show that the phase precipitation order in the melt with 60Ti20Al15Fe5O under fast cooling conditions is the Al 2O 3 phase, Ti-O phase, Ti-Al phase, Ti-Fe-O phase and Ti-Fe phase, and the ω (O) content of the precipitation phase sequentially decreases. Under the same deoxidation limit, the higher the ω (Ti) content in Ti-Al-Fe-O melt, the higher the ω(Al) content required for equilibrium. 中文摘要多核金属簇合物已经成为当今化学研究中最活跃的研究热点之一,不仅因为它们具有纳米尺寸的分子结构,而且还表现出有趣的光、电、磁和催化性质。
但目前的研究绝大多数集中在多核过渡金属簇合物上,多核稀土和多核稀土-过渡金属簇合物的研究相对较少。
本论文基于多核金属簇合物这一目前非常活跃的前沿课题,在多酸配位聚合物、多核稀土簇合物、多核稀土-过渡金属簇合物的合成、结构及性质等方面展开了系统的研究,其主要研究内容包括:1.提出了静电作用组装微孔多酸配位聚合物的方法,研究了组装多酸配位聚合物的影响因素。
(1)提出了静电作用组装微孔多酸配位聚合物的方法。
利用金属有机二维框架与多酸阴离子间的静电作用组装了四个静电作用导向的Keggin型微孔多酸配位聚合物(Inorg. Chem. 2006, 45, 10702)。
研究表明二维网状格子的大小与多酸阴离子大小的匹配对合成多孔金属有机框架有促进作用。
多酸微孔配位聚合物对乙苯选择性氧化制备苯乙酮的催化反应研究表明多酸阴离子中金属离子的价态对多酸配位聚合物的催化活性有重要的影响(Eur. J. Inorg. Chem. 2010, 4526)。
(2)通过控制反应的pH值合成了零维、一维、二维和三维结构的六个Keggin型多酸配位聚合物。
研究显示,低pH值容易形成低维数的多酸配位聚合物,而高pH值容易形成高维数的多酸配位聚合物。
催化研究表明结构中配体的质子化明显地降低了多酸配位聚合物的催化反应活性(Dalton Trans. 2009, 9503),这对于我们合成高催化活性的多孔配位聚合物具有重要的指导意义。
2.利用配体的原位分解控制阴离子模板剂的缓释和金属配体的合成策略,合成了十个高核稀土-过渡金属簇合物,如41核双壳层Ln20Ni21、50核双壳层Ln20Ni30、108核四壳层Ln54Ni54、以及136核四壳层Ln60Ni76等簇合物。
