教材分析 本单元是九年制义务教育教科书，七年级上册Unit 5第二课时（Section A Grammar
Focus-3c）。本单元是围绕“与朋友共同回忆假期”为话题，开展教学活动，继续学习动词的一般过去时表达法。本单元是在已学习What did you do last weekend?谈论周末的基础上，重点谈论学生节假日活动，内容与学生日常生活紧密相关的，学生很熟悉，也乐于去说。因此，我将利用两两对话、小组对话、做调查等活动不断地强化目标语言的运用，并且延伸到课外。学生不但能够加深对一般过去时态的理解和运用，而且也让学生讨论假期，利用学到的形容词描述假期生活，分享假期的故事，以此增进同学间的了解，同时学会在生活中注意热爱自然，享受生活，达到情感提升。
学情分析 本单元教学对象是初二年级的学生（即13-14岁年龄段的）。已具备一定的基本知识和技能，对英语学习有一定的兴趣和爱好。会讨论过去发生的事情，并对其简单评价。在课堂活动中乐于模仿、敢于开口、积极参与，主动请教。对即将学习的内容能适当地提前做好预习工作。这个阶段的学生活泼好动，好奇心较强。充分利用他们的特点，发挥小组合作法，七年级的学生进入青春期，也进入学习的“分水岭”，具有过渡性和动荡性的心理特点，学生差异较出现明显的分化，因此教学上要面向全体同学的时候要注重分层教学，充分调动每个学生的积极性。
教学目标 能正确运用一般过去时态谈论假期活动，让学生掌握复合不定代词的用法，学会在谈论假期活动中用上这些不定代词。通过谈论假期，讨论假期生活，掌握关于假期到那里，假期过得如何的目标句型，培养学生运用英语对这一常见话题进行交际的能力。学会合理安排自己的生活，热爱自然，热爱生活。

构成：由some, any, no, every分别加上-body, -thing, -one构成的不定代词叫做合成不定代词；加上-where构成副词。 用法：
（1）somebody, something, someone一般用于肯定句中，anything, anybody, anyone一般用于疑问句、否定句、和条件状语从句。

（2）形容词修饰复合不定代词时应后置。

教材分析
本单元是围绕“与朋友共同回忆假期”为话题，开展教学活动,

本单元是在学习How was your weekend?谈论周末的基础上， 进一步对假期的去向和评价进行问答，以及用日记的方式记录自己 的一天，这是学生日常生活频繁使用的语言交际功能，体现了新教 材融会话题、交际功能和语言结构的循序渐进的生活化的学习程 序。
教学目标
1、 语言知识目标：立足语言实践活动，在完成任务的过程中掌握 日记容。
2、 文化意识目标：通过本单元的学习，让学生知道如何用英语正 确表述自己或他人的假期、周末等行为活动。
3、 语言技能目标

八年级学生经过一年多的学习，有了一定的英语基础知识和听 说能力，有了初步的自主、合作、探究、实验的能力。他们对英语 感兴趣，也愿意和他人分享他们的想法。他们喜欢谈论日常生活中 他们熟悉的事物。本单元的话题是假期，和我们的日常生活是息息 相关的，所以激发学生的学习兴趣是较容易的，对课堂活动的开展 也很有帮助。但大班教学，学生语言实践机会少，学生程度参差不 齐，尤其是阅读教学中较难兼顾到具体对象，两极分化现象较严重。 本堂课通过各种合作学习的活动，尽可能地通过小组合作的方式来 照顾学习英语有困难的学生，尽可能多地为他们创造语言实践的机 会，促使学生互相学习，互相帮助，发展合作精神。在教学过程中， 倡导其活动参与，并引进小组竞争机制，更好地激发学生的学习兴 趣，提髙课堂效率。
