区分“事实”与“观点”FactVSOpinion “事实”与“观点”常常相伴出现，但各自代表的含义却可能截然不同。
今天我们就来聊聊事实和观点的定义以及区别。
先看个通俗易懂的例子：左边，冰淇淋很好吃。
（这是一个观点）右边，冰淇淋通常是用牛奶制品做的。
（这是一个事实）事实与观点的定义Fact（事实）：已经发生或已知存在的事情，可以通过证据证明。
事实可以是事件或信息，可以通过可验证性进行检验，即由证据、统计数据、文件等进行证明。
Opinion（观点）：对其中一主题的个人看法或判断，无须证明。
观点受到一个人的感情、思想、观点、欲望、态度、经历、理解、信仰、价值观等的高度影响，这些都是无法通过具体证据来检验的。
因此，由于个体差异，每个人对其中一件事情的看法也不同。
为什么要区分事实与观点？在英美教育体系里，孩子从幼儿园开始，就从这些超级简单的例子里去学会分辨，哪些是客观的事实，哪些是主观的看法。
将其作为培养孩子批判性思维的起点，培养学生在阅读和听力方面的分析能力和批判思维。
这个工作贯穿整个教育体系。
在我们的文化里，把观点和事实搅在一起的问题更为普遍。
因为中国人就是习惯把意思表达模棱两可、难以捉摸；同时集体主义占主导的文化，又让大众容易屈从权威。
在这样的环境，很容使人直接把观点当成事实，不假思索地接受，这会导致盲从的行为。
这里分享一个今天发生在我身上的例子，我在咸鱼挂了个二手背包，下面是对话过程：此外，如果大家争论的时候，焦点是观点，而不是事实，那很容易产生无法化解的争端。
观点是很难争论出对与错，而事实很多时候有可能去证明真假。
因此，任何讨论，我们首先要区分什么是事实错误，什么是不同观点，否则就会在不必须的争论时混战一团。
想想：明星粉丝互撕，足球迷间互喷，这种沟通只有观点，没有事实。
所以如果想做到积极有效的沟通，就得避免这样的方式。
