农夫持续被风暴困在自己家里，粮草都没有了，又无法出去为自己弄食物，迫于无奈，他吃掉了绵羊。

可是风暴仍继续不停，山羊也被他吃掉了。

后来，风暴丝毫没减弱，他又吃掉了那耕田的牛。

那些狗看见主人的所作所为，互相说道：“我们得赶紧离开这里，主人连帮他一起辛勤耕作的牛都宰了，又怎能放过我们呢?”这故事说明，那些对于家人都要伤害的人，须要特别警惕。

有人养着一只狗和一头驴子，主人常同狗一起嬉戏。

有一天，他外出吃饭，带回一些食物，扔给狗吃。

狗高兴得摇着尾巴迎了上去。

驴子非常羡慕，也蹦蹦跳跳跑了过去，结果踢了主人一脚。

主人十分气愤，痛打了驴子一顿，并把它拴在马槽边。

这故事说明，同样的事情不一定适合于所有的人。

有一次，狼与狗宣战。

一只希腊狗被选为狗，他迟迟没有应战，狼却不断地大肆威胁他们。

希腊狗说道：“知道我为什么犹豫不决吗?战前谋划至关重要。

狼的种类与毛色几乎相同，我们却种类不同，性格不同，加上我们毛色五颜六色，有的黑色，有的红色，还有的是白与灰色。

黄狗警惕性高，平时不乱叫，也不附和其他狗叫。

只有发现了可疑动静后才叫，给主人报讯。

每当黄狗叫了，花狗也跟着叫起来，叫声比黄狗还响。

主人听到狗叫，都要起来巡查一下鸭棚。

花狗看见主人来了，摇着尾巴叫得更响，面容显得更凶猛。

主人以为花狗护鸭责任心强，本领比黄狗大，每次喂食，给花狗另加些好食物。
