一、教学目标

Step 1. Revision（10 minutes）

1． 知识目标：

is very famous.这类描述过去发生的事情的语句；
(3) 复习含有made, was, saw的表示过去事情的语句。

（1）能听说读写本课词汇。
（2）能听懂课文内容，并能回答与课文相关的问题。

2)They are cute.They are white and black. What are they?
3)They have long nose and bid eyes. What are they?
2.给学生出示snake和panda的图片及相关句式提示，让学生在原有认知上描述两种动物。（这两个练习初涉本课主题动物习性，一方面让学生回忆动物相关知识，另一方有利于导入课文教学）
T: Pandas can climb trees. Do you believe it?
Pandas eat meat. Do you believe it?

一．教材内容分析
模块6以A trip to the zoo为话题，介绍了世界各地的动物以及其栖息地、习性等，通过3个单元的学与练，旨在让学生通过这一学习与体验的过程，唤起学生热爱动物、保护动物的意识。能够就动物进行提问与回答，能够介绍动物的产地和习性。
Unit 1要求学生通过听、读、说的练习，学会谈论动物。
Listening and vocabulary 包括4部分。Part 1要求学生根据图片找出与之相对应的表示动物的单词，通过这一部分的练习，使学生在复习已有知识的基础上，进一步熟悉本单元所要学习的语言知识，为相关语言技能的训练奠定基础；Part 2 要求学生在熟悉图片后，根据一段听力材料，就其所能看到的事物进行判断；Part 3以动物园为背景，通过导游与两个学生的对话，帮助学生学会如何谈论动物的情况（包括产地、习性等）；Part 4要求学生在完成Part 3的基础上，正确捕捉和判断对话材料中的信息，判断出符合对话的正确语句。
Pronunciation and speaking 包括3部分。Part 5 帮助学生掌握两个双元音的发音规律；Part 6 要求学生听录音，然后重复下面的问题与回答；Part 7 要求学生运用上述所学知识来回答问题。
二．学情分析
通过小学的学习，学生已较熟悉部分表示动物的英语名称。本模块则是进一步学习有关动物的名称的基础上引入到谈论自己最喜爱的动物以及它的居住地、生活习性等的话题上，这是学生很熟悉也是很感兴趣的话题。教师在设置的任务中，应引导学生在交际中动态生成，学生有话可说，乐于合作分享。问题与任务的设计要贴近学生生活，以调动学生的学习积极性和主动性，激发学生的学习兴趣。培养学生的综合能力。
