百威英博校园招聘的面经北京一面面经刚刚回来,发个面经攒RP1、题目和以前一样,口香糖案例。

中文材料,中文讨论,中文presentation,阅读讨论各30分钟,presentation5分钟,而且要写一大张白纸用于presentation。

我们是4人一组的,应该是今天人数最少的一组。

2、等候与看材料在同一处,地方超级冷,即使外面阳光明媚也丝毫不起作用,所以要穿厚厚的外套,我今天被冻得快要没知觉。

3、建议大家仔细阅读题目和材料,注意细节,而且讨论可以不囿于面经中思路,但是无论怎样整组的思路一定要足够清晰。

4、今天遇到了好多很好的人,整组都很和谐,只是讨论的不尽如人意,但是仍然希望小组中的每一个人都有好运可以进入下一轮。

-----------------------------------------百威英博一面归来今天中午12:15那一场,在海淀南路36号,海润酒店(电话通知是诺富特,但是因为换老板,改成艾丽华了)的3层会议室。

到了之后智联招聘的GG和JJ就带我们到了会议室,然后签到领名牌,30分钟发阅读材料,材料讲口香糖市场的。

其实只用google一下“口香糖市场”,把前几条都看一下,材料的背景就都清楚了,因为里面的状况和现实完全一样,只不过口香糖名字换了。

材料最后附了一张销售收入下降的图,分别是上海、背景、南京、广州、重庆五个城市的销售收入下降的具体变化,另外附上了三张表格,一张是品牌知名度,一张是最近半年品牌的消费量,最后一张是最后一次消费品牌的数量。

具体的分析变量是年龄、城市、性别和收入。

最后问了两个问题,一是分析销售额下降的原因,二是提出解决对策。

我们小组6个人,之前就约定好了大家都要相互尊重,也选出了time controller,于是晕晕乎乎地进场,然后开始了30分钟的讨论。

讨论结束以后和另外一个小组抽签决定,哪个小组先来做presentation,另一个组出去等。

我们组不幸抽到了第二拨,一个人代表作5分钟的presentation,请严格控制时间,到时间就打断了。

第三次面试,沟通协作能力更受关注我的第三次面试是在百威集团的销售分公司,我的面试官是一位销售主管。

在这次面试中,主管首先对我的销售经验进行了盘问,然后开始模拟客户面对面谈判场景,要求我实时回答客户问题并定制最合适的销售方案。

在这个过程中,我的反应速度和语言表达能力得到了全方位的检验。

百威面经并总结经验23号中午在潜力新人网申,下午就接到他家电话要求24号中午到上海众鑫大厦进行面试,不禁感叹这家公司效率之高。

之前对百威英博只停留在啤酒的层面,应聘这个supplychainMT也只是因为这个岗位的MT性质而且还会有全球范围内的走训。

匆匆到网上找了些他家的资料,重点看了一下以前的一面面经,不看不知道,看了心就感觉有点悬。

竟然是从来没有经历过的群殴,而且还是案例分析。

对我这个从来没有辅修过管理类课程,而且对供应链几乎无所知的机械学生来说,只能硬着头皮上,最起码也可以锻炼一下自己的应变能力。

晚上有个小规模的老乡聚会,喝了点酒回来后有点昏昏沉沉。

到了寝室已经晚上8点多。

前段时间看bbs上有人说去上海的动车最近难买,略作考量,为了明天能及时履约还是提前买票的好。

坐车去城站买好24号早上8:18的动车,回到寝室已经10点半的样子,翻看98发现有人收到强生的终面邮件通知,查看邮箱,没有新邮件,我知道自己被BS了,其实面完已经差不多心里有底,自己跟杭州销售经理一些销售理念有冲突,还有社团经历过少一直是我的弱点。

镇定,匆匆忙忙到网上了解了一下百威英博的历史、企业理念和我关心的全球培训项目,又看了一遍往年一面那个6选2去参加MBA培训课程的案例,感觉头有点大,上床睡觉,希望明天闹钟能把我叫醒。

闹钟5:40开始响,拖到6:40终于醒来。

不得不承认,我很堕。

冲了个澡提下神陡然想起简历还没打印,但从来没有见过学校打印店有九点之前开门的时候。

罢了罢了,这次就当纯粹培训好了。

翻了半天翻出一份做了很多记号的简历,冲到蛋饼店要了个辣油条蛋饼,吃完就去北门打车去城站。

西溪路是单行路,过往车辆一般都是余杭过来的。

开过几辆出租也都是有人的。

等了20分钟不见空车于是俺就穿着皮鞋飞奔到玉古路口,庆幸没过几分钟终于打到。

虽然是周五早上,路上竟然不堵。

8点左右到达城站直接上车,时间恰好。

在车上把中英自我介绍着重看了一下,后来发现这是在浪费时间。

BG环节,今年BG跟往年有所不同,一个大组中分忧4个小组,四个小组在同一个市场上卖啤酒。

每一个小组分有四个角色。

3.HR VP
4.FINANCE VP 除了president 其他全部都是自荐而来。

这四个人最终要决定两个数值 1.MKT INVESTMENT 2. PRICE
这两个数值输入电脑后会有三个指标来衡量公司表现
1. MKT SHARE
2. PROFIT
3.I-SOCIAL
不同的结果会不用记分,累计5轮过后,得出优胜组。

PS 事实证明,不是优胜组会进入终面,而是看个人表现。

请大家务必制定好公司战略,并且据理力争。

当然也一定要尊重自己的队友和对手。

终面和以前差不多。

百威啤酒面试技巧【篇一:百威英博面试经】第一次面试是电面,电面这天糟透了,当时睡了午觉刚起床,准备去上课,在床上看到了021开头的电话号码,我预感到是跟暑期实习面试有关的,就马上跳起来了。

对方说自己是百威英博的,然后问我方不方便用5分钟的时间进行一个电话面试,当时我没想太多,就说可以,然后连衣服都来不及穿,就跑到阳台上,开始了我悲剧的电面。

对方一共问了三个问题,我感觉除了第三个答得有点顺之外,其他两个问题都答得太挫了。

这三个问题分别是1.what is your favorate movie that impress you?and why does it impress you?2.how do you spend your spare time?3.whydo you want to join the summer boot camp? 从电话开始到结束,一共花了4分多钟,但我感觉什么也没有说了似的。

电话挂了之后自己还是处于一片茫然当中,感觉这次没戏了。

之后我几乎把这事给全忘了,没想到后来居然接到了二面的电话通知。

没想到我居然过了电面。

说来也巧,接到面试通知那天刚好是我的生日,当时正在和朋友在豪客来吃午餐,就接到了010开头的面试通知电话,真是双喜临门呀。

接电话时可能太激动了,电话那头的mm让我记面试地点的时候我一直说没听清,让她再说一遍,搞得她很无语。

对方通知我15号到广州面试,我14号晚上十点在厦门坐着大巴去广州,15号早上7点多到了天河,然后把行李放在华农的同学那边,换上衣服就出发了。

他们的写字楼在中华国际中心,我提前20多分钟到了那边,没等多久,我就被领进一个办公室里面面试了。

面试官是一位中年gg,负责广州这边的ka销售。

坐下去的时候他问我选择用粤语还是用普通话交流,我说还是普通话吧,毕竟在学校说习惯了。

他笑了下,然后就让我自我介绍一下。
