别人那里找的资料,不需要全部看,就看看你关心的公司就可以了,了解一下行情,给那些考研工作犹豫的人参考参考:华为:本科销售是6K左右,比较好进,据说有霸王签的。

腾讯:月薪是6K-8K,技术可能高一些,比较黑,可以谈价钱。

腾讯的面试同样难度一般,比较好进,霸王面者无数。

会有咨询行业的案例分析题,所以面腾讯之前最好先练习一下。

他们家一轮笔试,二轮是群面,三轮单面,四轮单面,五轮HR面(五轮无压力)。

每天一轮,都是半夜通知第二天早上就要去,其乐无穷。

HP: HP普通员工的年薪没外界传的11W,一个月5K左右差不多了。

而且HP新老板很差劲,公司发展前途不看好。

他们家实习留用岗位比较多,有些校招岗位需要你做INTERN然后根据绩效再定你是不是留下的,感觉不是很重视校招,而且INTERN的人总体学历背景不高,我们学校去的在里面已经基本属于龙头老大了。

他们家面试基本是电面+ 面试,两轮后签试用。

人寿:中国人寿据说我一个计算机系的同学在里面做IT,年薪10W左右,普遍传闻说HR 很有气场。

(PS:个人对IT这个职位前景不看好)盛大:盛大今年拉得很开,MT有30W年薪。

当时炒作得很火,不过数量不多。

PS:来学校开宣讲会的那个是山东,我们教研室今年就有一个30W 的,只不过只给了一个盛大科技集团,水到无极限...无视TI:TI的TSA(销售)是7K5,一面是小组群面,一个组4个人左右,通过率20%,二面是DM单面,通过率不详。

终面是多V1,TI的待遇在行业内算是很不错的了。

ABB:ABB薪酬据说能到7K,据以前SIEMENS的老板说,福利待遇在行业内属于不错的,而且福利很好。

最吸引人的是,ABB的上海总部在来福士,是个好地方。

他们家一轮是笔试,逻辑+英语,二轮是面试。

四大:KP家的Audit 本6K,硕6K3,几家的薪资有略微差异,大致在这个水平线浮动。

第一次面试是电面,电面这天糟透了,当时睡了午觉刚起床,准备去上课,在床上看到了021开头的电话号码,我预感到是跟暑期实习面试有关的,就马上跳起来了。

对方说自己是百威英博的,然后问我方不方便用5分钟的时间进行一个电话面试,当时我没想太多,就说可以,然后连衣服都来不及穿,就跑到阳台上,开始了我悲剧的电面。

对方一共问了三个问题,我感觉除了第三个答得有点顺之外,其他两个问题都答得太挫了。

这三个问题分别是1.What is your favorate movie that impress you?And why does it impress you? 2.How do you spend your spare time? 3.Why do you want to join the summer boot camp? 从电话开始到结束,一共花了4分多钟,但我感觉什么也没有说了似的。

电话挂了之后自己还是处于一片茫然当中,感觉这次没戏了。

之后我几乎把这事给全忘了,没想到后来居然接到了二面的电话通知。

没想到我居然过了电面。

说来也巧,接到面试通知那天刚好是我的生日,当时正在和朋友在豪客来吃午餐,就接到了010开头的面试通知电话,真是双喜临门呀。

接电话时可能太激动了,电话那头的MM让我记面试地点的时候我一直说没听清,让她再说一遍,搞得她很无语。

对方通知我15号到广州面试,我14号晚上十点在厦门坐着大巴去广州,15号早上7点多到了天河,然后把行李放在华农的同学那边,换上衣服就出发了。

他们的写字楼在中华国际中心,我提前20多分钟到了那边,没等多久,我就被领进一个办公室里面面试了。

面试官是一位中年GG,负责广州这边的KA销售。

坐下去的时候他问我选择用粤语还是用普通话交流,我说还是普通话吧,毕竟在学校说习惯了。

他笑了下,然后就让我自我介绍一下。

介绍完之后,他看我介绍中提到个人规划的问题,于是就问我个人的职业生涯规划是怎么样的。

百威面经并总结经验23号中午在潜力新人网申,下午就接到他家电话要求24号中午到上海众鑫大厦进行面试,不禁感叹这家公司效率之高。

之前对百威英博只停留在啤酒的层面,应聘这个supplychainMT也只是因为这个岗位的MT性质而且还会有全球范围内的走训。

匆匆到网上找了些他家的资料,重点看了一下以前的一面面经,不看不知道,看了心就感觉有点悬。

竟然是从来没有经历过的群殴,而且还是案例分析。

对我这个从来没有辅修过管理类课程,而且对供应链几乎无所知的机械学生来说,只能硬着头皮上,最起码也可以锻炼一下自己的应变能力。

晚上有个小规模的老乡聚会,喝了点酒回来后有点昏昏沉沉。

到了寝室已经晚上8点多。

前段时间看bbs上有人说去上海的动车最近难买,略作考量,为了明天能及时履约还是提前买票的好。

坐车去城站买好24号早上8:18的动车,回到寝室已经10点半的样子,翻看98发现有人收到强生的终面邮件通知,查看邮箱,没有新邮件,我知道自己被BS了,其实面完已经差不多心里有底,自己跟杭州销售经理一些销售理念有冲突,还有社团经历过少一直是我的弱点。

镇定,匆匆忙忙到网上了解了一下百威英博的历史、企业理念和我关心的全球培训项目,又看了一遍往年一面那个6选2去参加MBA培训课程的案例,感觉头有点大,上床睡觉,希望明天闹钟能把我叫醒。

闹钟5:40开始响,拖到6:40终于醒来。

不得不承认,我很堕。

冲了个澡提下神陡然想起简历还没打印,但从来没有见过学校打印店有九点之前开门的时候。

罢了罢了,这次就当纯粹培训好了。

翻了半天翻出一份做了很多记号的简历,冲到蛋饼店要了个辣油条蛋饼,吃完就去北门打车去城站。

西溪路是单行路,过往车辆一般都是余杭过来的。

开过几辆出租也都是有人的。

等了20分钟不见空车于是俺就穿着皮鞋飞奔到玉古路口,庆幸没过几分钟终于打到。

虽然是周五早上,路上竟然不堵。

8点左右到达城站直接上车,时间恰好。

在车上把中英自我介绍着重看了一下,后来发现这是在浪费时间。

一,前言先简单介绍一下自己,华东理工大学人力资源管理专业小本,女,家在新疆乌鲁木齐。

寻找企业定位:外企(所以这篇文章也是针对外企的)我不是什么牛人,只是找到了适合自己的工作而已。

比起那些宝洁,联合利华甚至中金,大摩的大牛们,我实在什么好拿出来说的。

但是因为在应届生上看了很多学长学姐的求职分享收益良多,所以我也打算分享一下我的经验和感受。

二,总体情况概述我是从9月初就开始网申的,到12月8日所有面试结束,3个多月的求职之旅,让我收获了太多。

我一直觉得不管你是实习留用还是家人帮助找好了工作,都应该去经历一下校园招聘,因为这不仅仅是找一份工作,同时也是对自己深层次的了解以及一种磨练。

找到一份好的工作,看似炫人的背后其实有很多付出,它锻炼了你的时间安排能力,心理承受能力,思维能力等等。

我网申加投递简历一共70多家公司,有30多家通过了网申,笔试加面试一共经历了70多场。

最后拿到了5个offer。

这里不会每一个都详细介绍,只是着重跟大家说说我印象比较深的几家公司哦。

三,网申我是属于海投型的,很多人不建议海投因为耗时耗力还容易给自己带来不确定性,我自己也体会到了海投的弊端,但是我仍然建议背景不是很牛的同学,对自己认识不清楚的同学以及缺乏面试技巧的同学选择海投。

一方面海投可以增加你的面试几率,虽然会有一些公司你不愿意去,你不喜欢,但是可以积累很丰富的面试经验,以后在面试你想去的公司时,你会更加自如,表现得更加出色。

不是有一句话叫永远不要把你的第一次面试留给你最想去的公司。

另一方面海投可以更清楚的了解行业,了解公司和职位,从而能对自己有一个更清楚的认识。

对自己的认识真的非常重要,这个文章后面会跟大家分享我的看法。

关于网申和简历的技巧:首先是简历,一页中文一页英文,中文在前英文在后(千万不要超过一页)。

至于内容,我觉得每个人有不同的经历要写,想法也不一样,这个要看自己了,但是一定要反复修改,找朋友一起互改,自己思考后再反复修改,这是十分重要的。
