LIBRA TM系统能够实时与图书馆管理系统（LMS）更新馆藏的流通数据，也能在后台LMS停止运行时离线工作。

2.操作流程图1:LIBRATM系统流程RFID标签首先由标签排序转换工作站（标签打印机）写入图书编号，并粘贴于图书资料（可以是书籍，CD/DVD 光盘，录像带或磁带等）上。

Hyperwave知识管理解决方案黄波编译2002-5-15 Hyperwave公司是一家德国的知识管明白得决方案提供商，公司的总部设在德国，并在北美、英国和法国设有分支机构。
Hyperwave公司为企业提供名为Hyperwave eKnowledge 架构的协作型的知识治理软件系统。
该软件包括了文档治理、Web内容治理、搜索引擎、企业信息门户等组件。
企业能够部署单个组件，或者实施整个架构。
目前，Hyperwave差不多成功地为金融、教育、制造和政府等多个领域的180多个客户实施了Hyperwave eKnowledge 架构。
一 Hyperwave eKnowledge 架构的设计理念1．对数据、信息和知识的明白得Hyperwave认为优秀的知识治理治理软件必须能够对数据、信息和知识进行有效的治理。
由于数据、信息和知识具有不同的特点，需要不同的信息技术予以支持，因此有必要对数据、信息和知识进行界定，并分析它们的特点。
数据数据是指比特和字节。
数据是IT架构(运算机、软件和网络)所处理的内容。
数据治理面对的咨询题是成本、速度和性能：我们耗费了多少资源储存和检索数据？我们能够以何种速度检索数据？我们能够储备多少数据？然而，数据并不能讲明自身的重要程度以及数据之间的关联。
人们可能储备了海量的数据，然而这些数据可能没有包含任何信息。
信息信息是能够产生意义的数据。

知识的制造也超出了技术所能涉及的范畴。
知识的外化知识的外化是讲明知识的过程，将知识转化成为信息。
人们能够通过语言、图示等简单的方法实现知识的外化，然而咨询题在于如何促使人们对知识进行外化。

3 知识治理软件的组成Hyperwave认为，目前市场上的知识治理软件能够划分为7类：文档治理、Web 内容治理、企业信息门户、信息检索、工作流治理、协作系统和电子学习系统。
这7类软件共同组成了知识治理软件系统。

7类知识治理软件的关系图文档治理 (DM)文档治理系统对不同来源的不同格式的文档进行有效地治理。
文档治理系统负责组织文档、检索文档、文档版本治理、文档的元数据治理、储备治理和归档治理等工作。
Web内容治理（WCM）Web内容治理工具类似于文档治理系统。
它要紧负责Web文档的公布流程治理、文档之间的超链接治理以及不同设备的访咨询显示操纵等。
企业信息门户（EIP）企业信息门户提供了一个个性化的基于Web的用户界面。
使从外部网和内部网不同来源的信息综合在一个屏幕上，为知识工作者提供一个猎取与相关信息的单一入口。
信息检索（IR）信息检索通常是指搜索引擎。
最近在信息检索领域，显现了信息发觉技术，包括搜索代理、用户特点定义、自动化文档分类、信息可视化等应用技术。
为用户提供了多种智能检索功能和导航功能。
工作流治理（work flow）工作流系统用于在商业流程中捕捉知识。
负责将文档按照预定的流程在适当的时刻发到对应人员的手里。
协作系统（Collaboration）协作系统在知识工作者中担当十分重要的角色。
象讨论区、共享工作空间、交流室、视频会议等技术都术语协作系统的范畴。
电子学习系统（Elearning）电子学习系统是知识治理一个重要的方面。
电子学习系统的范畴包括学习治理系统、内容分发、内容创建以及技能治理等内容。

Hyperwave eKnowledge架构与知识治理软件模型的关系二Hyperwave eKnowledge 架构简介2001年10月，HyperWave公司发表了eKnowledge 架构。
eKnowledge 架构是完整的、集成的知识治理工具集成系统，整个架构包括内容治理、文档治理、企业信息门户、工作流治理、协作治理、信息发觉和电子学习系统。
Eknowledge架构提供了一个完善的，对信息进行公布、组织和分发的电子平台，同时支持企业中知识产生、储备和利用的全周期治理。
eKnowledge架构的核心是Hyperwave IS/6系统，在此基础上，三个差不多的组件（eKnowledge Portal、eKnowledge Suite 、eLearning Suite ）构成完整的Hyperwave eKnowledge知识治理架构，这三个差不多组件即能够单独使用也能够相互结合使用。
Eknowledge Portal组件是一个基于角色操纵的，能够定制化的信息交换界面。
eKnowledge Portal为整个企业的工作组之间或专家之间提供了协作平台。

1．HyperWave eKnowledge 架构Eknowledge 架构由“架构构件”和“应用构件”两类构件组成。
“架构构件”包括IS/6、应用框架组件、eKnowledge Portal 组件；“应用构件”包括eKnowledge Suite组件，eLearning Suite 组件以及其他可选组件。
这些组件提供了灵活的、可扩展的应用程序，关心用户实现企业中大跨度的基于Web的应用。
Eknowledge架构支持外挂式应用，并鼓舞商业伙伴共同开发，销售定制化的应用产品。

IS/6自身不是一个完整的应用程序，然而提供了所有核心功能接口用于支持定制软件实现文档治理、网站内容治理、工作流治理、协作治理、电子学习、信息发觉以及企业信息门户等功能。

Hyperwave IS/6支持所有的标准协议和文件系统，能够充分利用企业现有的LDAP名目服务器、数据库、ERP系统等资源，与企业现有的IT架构无缝集成。
