As we get to know people, we take into account things like age, race, economic conditions, social position, and intelligence. To the true friendship, these factors are not of prime importance. Close friends just have similar ideas and beliefs and have attitudes and interests in common .Friendship is also a bridge between people to communicate with each others, which let us understand each other better. in the modern age, people attach more importance to relations and connections.Diffient people will make our minds more advanced and mature .To me, I will never forget my old friends and keep making new friends. In order to fully motivate students，learning desire and arouse their aspiration for knowledge, teachers and students should play different roles in English class. So a between teachers and students and a friendly atmosphere is a must to ensure a successful English class. How can we have the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in English class? Personally I think the relationship as follows.First and foremost , students and teachers should become good friends ,as the saying goes …Teaching benefits teachers as well as students‟. Smile to your students as often as possible; s ay “thank you” to them whenever students do you a favor. They will be interested in your class and would like to cooperate with you in class and follow your advice outside of class. In this way you can achieve your teaching aims successfully. Besides, Teachers should respect every student and their dignity deserves respect. For the middle school students, They are full of fantastic ideas. So teachers need be more patient with them. Teachers should never use abusive or insulting words such as troublemaker, bad boy, devil and so on. When they make mistakes, teachers need help them remedy their mistakes or persuade them into trying to abandon their bad habits step and step.Last but not least ,Teachers‟ assessments usually play an important role in their studies. Right judgments of students, work provide students with encouragement and confidence which promote their studies. Students level for their work varies from student to student even if they are in the same class. So teachers need be careful with their judgments about each student‟s work so as to let every one of the students benefit a lot from the judgments.In conclusion, a good teacher-student relationship can be mutually beneficial. When I was studying in high school ,there was a national writing competion .Most of my classmates thought that they had virtually no chance of wining the competition since they were studying in a rural school.But I felt that was a good chance and I must grasp it.So I get good ready for it and finally I won the second prize.There is another about Mayun. In 1994, he was set to America, and occasionally he encountered the computer and knew information could be searched on the Internet. So, we all know it‟s very important for the students to listen to us carefully. But, sometimes they may break this rule. What can we do? Can we punish them? Certainly, we can‟t. How can we deal with it? Let me tell you a story. I still remember, when I taught for the first time, it was very noisy and the students were too exited. So I shouted: “listen carefully.” The students kept quiet for a moment. But later, they became naughty again. I was very angry and sad about it. Fortunately, I felt better soon. Because I tried my best to give my students more chances to show their own opinions and listen to them as attentively as I can. Most of them felt I honor them and they honored me very much.In fact ,learning English should be fun and exciting and must not be boring or with a sense of failure .After becoming an English teacher, I do whatever I can to make my class lively and instructive.
