Why I am studying here and what are my goals
My name is Wang Jiajie. My English name is Carrie. I am nineteen years old. There are three members in my family, my parents and I. I come from Fengcheng, JiangXi Province. Fengcheng is a very beautiful city and it is developing very fast. I like Fengcheng very much. I am a little tall. This is because my father comes from Liaoning Province which is in the north of China. My original family home is Liaoning. People in the north of China are usually taller than people in the south of China. I love my parents very much.
What kind of person do I belong to? To be honest, I really cannot answer this question definitely. Because sometimes I do something that is not fit my thoughts. For example, when teachers ask us some questions, I do not dare to raise my hand even though I know the answers. Maybe I am shy and unconfident, so sometimes I just cannot be myself.
Now I am studying at Gannan Medical University. I live in the dormitory of our university. I think our dormitory is very comfortable and convenient. It is better than the dormitory of many universities. I usually get up at about 7:00 in the morning. I eat every meal on time. At night I go to the classroom to study by self. I think I am not a hard-working student, because sometimes I am really lazy. At weekends, I usually sleep in the bed for a whole day.
As a student in Gannan Medical University, I am really proud of our
university. I expect that our university will become one of the most famous universities in China or even in the world. But how can we achieve this goal? In my opinion, that needs the effort of every student in our university. We should try our best to learn more knowledge and become overall and superior students. Then after we graduate from our university, we are able to make great contribution to our university.
As an English major student, I study to achieve the highest standard of English. In the future, I want a career in the foreign capital company. I like challenging life rather than unchanged life. In my opinion, challenge is a kind of nutrition which can enrich our inner world. I have planed to find a job in Shanghai after graduation. My uncle is a manager in a foreign capital company in Jiangsu Province. He is my idol. I know nowadays the competition in Shanghai is very intense, but I believe I can achieve my goal by hard-working and practice. I know experience is very important now, so I will add my experience as much as possible.
Some people say future is far away from us, but in my mind, future is just before our eyes as long as we have a plan or goal of our future. And I believe my future is not just a dream, it will come true sooner or later.。
