4、注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。
从试卷分析中可以看出，两个班级都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。
一定要注意激发、培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。
只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高均分。

初中考后反思7篇初中考后反思1这次语文期中考，我很想考得好一点，我觉得自己非常努力，但是结果我考了一个让我自己不太满意的成绩——88分。
老师批好的考卷发下来后，我心里想："唉，我怎么就是拿不到好成绩呢?而且这次考试的成绩比上一次月练的成绩还差一点，下一次我一定要考好点!争取不该丢分的.地方不要丢分!接着我再来谈一下我在数学考试后的感想。
在数学考试时，因为没有好好复习，我心里很害怕考不到95分以上，所以我做题的时候很仔细，生怕把会做的题目做错了。
等到数学考试成绩出来时，我意外地发现我得了100分，这可是全班最高分哦!我真高兴啊!要再接再厉，争取下次考试保持!最后我要说一下英语考试后的感想。
考试开始时，因为已经复习过单词和句子，我信心十足。
当看到卷子正好有一半左右都是我复习过的时候，我更是信心加倍。
结果果然考得还不算差——94分。
总的来说，我对这次考试结果还不太满意，我希望我的语文成绩能再提高一点。
通过这次期中考，我觉得：要想考试成绩好，首先考试前要好好复习，其次考试的时候要专心和仔细做题，这样才能取得好成绩!今后我的目标就是按照我上面所写的去做，争取在期末考试考入班级前十名;其次就是在年级的排名还要再努力，取得更好的名次。
