三、国际奥委会国际奥林匹克委员会(International Olympic Committee)简称国际奥委会（IOC），是一个国际性的、非政府的、非赢利的组织，于1894年6月23日成立。
国际奥委会是奥林匹克运动的最高权力机构，总部设在瑞士洛桑（LAUSANNE）。
