一直以来，英语学习一直是大学生求职、留学等方面的核心技能之一。
但是，有越来越多的学生发现自己的英语成绩与所投入的时间和精力并不成正比。
我认为，这可能是因为我们对英语的学习方式存在着一些误区。
第一，学习方法重复：大多数人在学习英语的时候，将口语学习、阅读、写作分开学习，常用的方法就是反复背诵，默写。
实际上，不同的学科之间是相辅相成、相互渗透，无法孤立学习。
学习英语也需要有别样的方式，例如通过看美剧学口语、看英文原版书籍或咨询国际友人学口音，从而讲听读写相结合，这是英语学习的核心方法。
第二，词汇积累盲目：众所周知，英语学习最重要的就是单词积累。
但是很多同学盲目地去死记硬背单词，只是为了完成老师布置的作业，而忽略它在生活中的实际运用。
实际上，单词的积累是需要结合实际应用的。
在学习单词的时候，不能忽略词义上下文记忆，这样不仅记得更牢固，也能更好地应用到实际生活中。
第三，缺乏交流：对于大多数学生来说，英语只是在课堂上用到的一种语言，课后就几乎不会再有任何沟通交流的机会。
但是，英语并不是仅限于课堂上的学习，我们应该打破语言障碍，积极参加交流或合作活动，和国内外的朋友们进行真实的交流，充分应用所学知识，这样会让英语学习的效果更佳。
除了以上提到的几点，我想再加上一点心得。
学习英语一定要保持好学的态度，不因繁琐的学习任务而心生疲惫，要乐于用自己的方式去发现优美的语言习惯和美丽的词汇。
我相信，如果我们每个人都能保持胸怀敞亮和专注学习，都能实现对英语渐进式的、系统化训练，终有一天，我们都会拥有出色的英语能力。

in some parts of the world people are demonstrating against globalization. are they justified then, in criticizing the globalizing world? instead of narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor, they say, globalization enables developed nations to swallow the developing nations' wealth in debts and interest. globalization, they argue, should be about an earnest interest in every other nation's economic health.we are reminded by karl marx that capital goes beyond national borders and eludes control from any other entity. this has bee a reality. multinational corporations are seeking the lowest cost, the largest market, and the most favorable policy. they are often powerful lobbyists in government decision-making, ruthless expansionists in the global market place and a devastating presence to local businesses.for china, still more challenges exist. how are we going to ensure a smooth transition from the planned economy to a market-based one? how to construct a legal system that is sound enough and broad enough to respond to the needs of a dynamic society? how to maintain our cultural identity in an increasingly homogeneous world? and how to define greatness in our rise as a peace-loving nation?
