并且她在参加姜堰市初中生英语口语竞赛中荣获二等奖。

我积极参加学校组织的业务学习,月中旬我去张家港粱丰中学参加了省首届苏派名师精品课、课堂教学高层论坛的活动,并在白中网站上撰写了学习体会《梁丰之行》。

积极与我校的其他英语教师研究教材、教法,同时,对她们在教学中感到疑惑不解的地方,我也能毫不保留地发表自己的见解,以此来共同提高业务水平。

三、教育教学工作方面这学期我担任的是九xx班的英语教学。

为扭转目前的可怕形势,下面我将高一英语的教学反思总结如下:一、学情分析初三进入高一的第一学期,是中学外语教学的一个转折点。

从语言知识体系和对语言运用能力的要求看,高一和初三同属基础阶段,高一年级的教学内容不是新阶段的起点,而是基础阶段的继续。

如何处理好初、高中英语教学过程中的知识衔接问题,将直接影响到学生将来参加全省会考和全国统考的.成绩。

因此,这值得我们在教学过程中认真研究,深入探讨。

从各班英语教学的现状和各班学生素质的不同情况来考察,目前大体上有以下三种衔接措施:第一种:开学第一个月不上新课,集中复习整理初中知识。

但它有两个缺点:①不利于优生的学习。

对于中考英语得分八、九十分的优生来说,他们早已对英语产生了很浓厚的兴趣,对新老师的要求也很高,希望所学内容的深度和难度逐渐加大。

如果有一个多月内重复学习他们已经掌握的初中知识,容易挫伤和抑制他们求新、求难、求深的积极性。

②不利于按时完成教学计划。

因为它打乱了高中英语教学计划的正常进度,甚至影响到整个高中英语教学任务的完成。

第二种:为了不影响高中英语教学的正常进度,在高一上学期的前半学期加班加点,每周多上三课时英语。

但这样做,也有不利因素:①不利于差生的学习。

需要补缺的差生,原来初中知识就未消化掉,现在如果新课、旧课一齐上,则负担更重,一旦“撑坏了胃口”,他们就“什么也不想吃”了。

②造成学科之间的矛盾。

由于多占课时,其他学科老师有意见,给全年级组的协调工作带来许多困难,结果收效甚微。

第三种:边上新课,边复习初中知识,以“分散穿插”的方法,从语音、词汇、语法和课文几方面补缺。

作为20xx年特岗教师队伍中的一员,我很荣幸的在温集初中开始了自己人生目标的新起点。

时间过得真快,我来温集初中工作已经一年了,在这365个日子里,让我感同身受的是来自每一位领导和老师给予我的信任、关心、支持和帮助,我也在温集初中这个优秀的大家庭中慢慢成长,感谢这个大舞台。

下面我将具体总结一下我的工作:
一、思想品德方面:
一年来,本人热爱党,热爱人民,坚持党的教育方针,忠诚党的教育事业。

踏上工作岗位后认真学习了《教师法》、《未成年人保护法》、《义务教育法》等,思想端正,作风正派,服从领导的工作安排,积极参加各种会议,办事认真负责。

热爱教育事业,把自己的精力、能力全部用于学校的教学过程中,并能自觉遵守职业道德,在学生中树立了良好的教师形象。

能够主动与同事研究业务,互相学习,配合默契,教学水平共同提高,能够顾全大局,团结协作,顺利完成了各项任务。

孔子曰:三人行必有我师,特别是对我这个刚从事教学工作的人来说,学校领导和同行都给了我很大的帮助,我也在听课、评课中提高自己,反思自己的教学方式方法。

二、业务知识和工作能力方面:
一年来,我主要担任了两个班级的英语教学工作,我们使用的是冀教版的教材,在上岗之后参加的教材培训中,我学到了很多东西,给我在实际教学中提供了很大的帮助。

我担任九(1)和九(2)两个班级的英语教学工作,在教学中我更深刻的理解课本,在把握课本的同时,采用多种教学手段,把新课改的要求体现到教学中去,培养学生学习英语的兴趣,积极开展各种英语活动,开阔大家的视野,让学生对基础知识能灵活运用,从而使同学们的英语表达能力不断提高。

三、工作态度勤奋敬业方面:
一年时间里从未无故缺席,第一学期我带两个班的英语教学工作,每天准时到校上班,上课时精神饱满,积极参加各种会议,认真听课。

四、工作业绩方面:
刚开始踏上工作岗位的时候由于我教学经验不足,我带的班级成绩不是很理想,后来在各位同事的帮助下,我努力提高自己的教学水平,积极听优秀老师的课,找到自己的差距和不足,不断学习改正,针对一些学生信心不足的问题,经常找他们谈话,及时了解他们在学习英语中的感触,不断鼓励他们,经过两个学期的努力,让大家对学习英语充满信心。

在今后的工作中,本人将会更加努力,争取做得更好。
