Therefore, good business etiquette is an important means to establish mutual respect, trust friendly and good cooperative relations with other businessmen.In addition, business etiquette is the basic standard principle in society and it also is necessary for businessmen to understand and master it when they deal with other bussinessmen. The levels of etiquette which people present directly reflect the qualities of the modern civilizations in his time as well as the symbol of the business organization’s images.So the businessmen should pay much more attention on the etiquette of the business intercourse,includes the etiquette of business receptions, the etiquette of business invitations, the etiquette of business entertainments, the etiquette of business visitations and the etiquette of presenting gifts. However,in the business activities,different nations have different values and orientation. 关于商务礼仪的英语作文AbstractBusiness etiquette, a behavior science, is the norms in the business activities, , which plays an important role in the business communication .understanding Chinese and western etiquette and their distinctions is of great importance in promoting international business exchanges. With the changing role China played in the international exchanges, we communicate and cooperate frequently with foreigners . It is the notable position that makes us have a more normative and courteous criteria in the international business communication, especially in the business activities with westerners. This thesis ,from the international business etiquette , lays emphasis on the comparison between Chinese and western business protocol, it mainly described the general definition of business etiquette, characteristics of business etiquette, embodiment in business interactions, influencing factors (Cultural factors) of Chinese and western etiquette and the relevant solutions of the differences. The thesis let us comprehend and receive different stages ofChinese and western business etiquette , “recognition—understanding—comprehension ”,through lots of examples, aiming to help us to apply these theories into practice. 摘要

The Role of Business Etiquette in Business Activities
1 Introduction
With the modern social and economic development, business activities become globalized society activities during the operation of enterprises an important part, but also the whole social body movement foundation. The business negotiation is to make transactions between enterprises is the premise that all peoples in the economic interaction are an activity. Negotiations between people at least need to communicate, and communication needs based on equality and mutual respect basis. Etiquette is the distance negotiators narrow bridge and link the two sides, but also the right negotiating skills of expression. Negotiators etiquette, to a certain extent, reflects a country, a region, a corporate level of civilization and culture, social qualities and personal accomplishment, thus affecting the whole atmosphere of the negotiations and processes. However, different geographic regions of the world, economic and cultural development and customs are different; people have a business negotiation between the processes of adapting to each other. Etiquette negotiations are the success of the negotiations with great impact.
