自2019年2月25日，由北化，北林和英国布拉德福德大学联合举办的中英大学生创新创业项目如火如荼地在英国布拉德福德创业园举行。
来自中国的12名优秀的创业学生和来自英国的12名创业学生在创业园开展为期一周的头脑风暴。
这是一种全新的学生创新能力培养的模式，不仅有on-site的课程培训，还通过虚拟课堂和指导等方式，中英大学生混合编队进行长达三个月的创新/创业项目的开发。
今年五月，创业团队将在北京化工大学进行创业项目收官。
DIY创意礼品店，店里不仅有综合性的经营内容，比如说手机壳，抱枕，杯子，各式雕刻类产品，创意瓷盘等等，样式新颖，顾客不仅能够买到具有创意的产品，也可以根据自己的需求定制喜欢的创意产品，比如说，把喜欢的文字或者图案印制在产品上，形成具有个性定制的创意产品。
我院商务英语专业积极依托专业课程的一流师资、校本科生科创实践项目、第二课堂实践指导教师团队、创业学院“匡时班”、校友资源、国内外各类语言类和商务项目类赛事、创新创业项目、实习实训等资源和平台，旨在构建和完善实验教学、社会实践、实习实训、创新创业教育等多方面相结合的实践实验教学体系，强化个性化体验式教学，深化“三型”人才培养。
近日，我院商务英语专业本科生参加8项创新训练项目预立项项目获批。
我院2020年大学生创新创业项目预立项项目汇总校团委开展的创新训练项目旨在培养学生研究意识和学术素养，通过申报科创实践项目、社会实践项目，开展案例分析、项目策划、翻译实践、调研报告撰写等学术实践等活动，同学们利用业余时间展开学术实践，在学校和学院导师带领下开展创新实践，大大提升了学术素养和研究意识。

创业剑桥：完善的创业教育产生丰硕成果——没有人天生就会创业，“生意头脑”完全来自教育联合国教科文组织是这样定义的：“创业教育，从广义上来说是指培养具有开创性的个人，它对于拿薪水的人同样重要，因为用人机构或个人除了要求受雇者在事业上有所成就外，正在越来越重视受雇者的首创、冒险精神，创业和独立工作能力以及技术、社交、管理技能”。
自上世纪80年代中期开始，剑桥大学就开始鼓励学生创业。
多年来，剑桥大学已经形成了相对完整的创业教育体系，是高等学府鼓励学生创业的楷模。
