(1)寄信人姓名和地址应写在信封的左上角,且务 必与封内地址一致,寄信人姓名前无需加头衔或 职称 (2)收信人姓名和地址写在信封中下偏右的位置, 包括尊称/头衔、工作部门、姓名、地址、邮编 (3)寄信人和收信人的姓名和地址的书写顺序是: 先写姓名后写地址。地址的书写应由小至大,先 写机构名称,再依次写门牌、街道、城市、州/省 及邮政编码,最后写国名

少用否定形式

用陈述句表示委婉的祈使意义

• 商务英语信函与买卖双方的权力、义务、利害关系、企业 形象等息息相关,是制作各种商业单据的依据,以及进行 商业活动往来的重要凭证。准确无误是商业英语信函写作 的最重要的原则。准确原则不仅仅指单词拼写、标点符号 无误,语法使用、结构格式正确,还应确保信函所涉及的 信息、数字、事实准确无误。 • We strongly demand immediate payment in full or partial payment with a statement of when you will pay the balance. • 我们强烈要求你们马上全部付款或者部分付款,但要说明 何时将余款付清。 • 在普通英语中,“balance” 表示“平衡”,而在商务英 语中则表示“结余, 余额”。
