大学国际学术会议管理暂行规定
大学国际学术会议管理暂行规定本规定是根据XX省《关于印发（在鄂举办国际会议管理实施规范）的通知》等文件精神，结合我校实际情况，进行修订。
一、基本原则1.本暂行规定中的国际学术会议是指：以我校名义在校内或国内举办的、与会者来自3个或3个以上和地区（不含港、澳、台地区）的学术会议、论坛、研讨会、报告会、交流会等。
2.举办国际学术会议要从根本利益和我校对外交往的实际需要出发，做到以我为主、目的明确，统筹协调、从严掌握，厉行节约、讲究实效。
3.国际学术会议是开展国际学术交流的重要形式。
主(承)办相关的国际学术会议不仅有助于提高本单位学科学术水平和地位，而且有助于提升学校知名度。
学校积极鼓励以学校的名义在校内或国内召开具有较高专业水平的学术性国际会议，特别是高层次、高水平的型国际学术会议。
4.以我校名义在校内或国内主(承)办国际学术会议，其会议主题和内容应与我校相关学科的教学、科研紧密结合，有利于促进我校的学科建设和发展，并不得与和上级有关政策精神相违背。
二、报批程序1.申报国际学术会议的单位，应提交举办会议的请示件。
请示件内容应包括：举办国际学术会议的必要性；主办单位及协办单位名称；会议议题和主要内容；举办时间、会期、地点，与会人员范围、总人数；拟邀请外宾人数、国别、职务等；经费来源；相关涉台和其他敏感问题及对策；有关国际学术会议情况，并附上相关背景资料。
2.申办、承办或举办国际学术会议的请示件，经本单位负责人签字确认后，应在举办国际学术会议前4个月向学校国际交流与合作处提交。
3.由学校国际交流与合作处根据有关文件精神，会同相关部门初审后，报校领导审核；经校领导审核后，由学校行文，向XX省教育厅对外合作与交流处申报；经省教育厅审核后，向省外事（侨务）办公室提交;由省外事（侨务）办公室审核后，根据审批权限向省委或省提交，经审批通过后，方可执行。
三、审批权限1.按照规定的审批权限，外宾人数在100人以上或会议总人数在400人以上的一般性国际会议，以及外宾人数在300人以上或会议总人数在800人以上的自然科学技术领域的专业或学术性国际会议，应报、审批。
国际学术会议感想
国际学术会议感想近期，我有幸参加了一场国际学术会议，这是我第一次参加如此规模的学术盛会，给我留下了深刻的印象。
在这篇文章中，我将分享我的感受和体验。
这次会议的规模庞大，与会者来自世界各地。

我有幸聆听到了许多精彩的演讲，学到了许多新的知识。
会议的组织和安排非常周密。

这样的设计使得与会者可以根据自己的兴趣和研究方向选择参加相应的分论坛，充分发挥了会议的灵活性和多样性。
同时，会议还设置了茶歇和午餐时间，方便与会者之间的交流和互动。
这样的安排使得与会者可以更好地交流和合作，拓展自己的学术网络。
会议的内容非常前沿和热门。
与会者们分享了他们最新的研究成果和思考，这些成果和思考对于推动学术发展具有重要的意义。
我特别记得一位教授的演讲，他分享了他们团队在人工智能领域的研究成果，他们利用深度学习算法实现了人脸识别技术的突破。
这项技术可以广泛应用于安防领域，对于社会的发展和进步具有重要的意义。
会议还举办了一些特别的活动，如学术展览和研讨会。

CCF公布推荐的国际学术会议和期刊目录(Total)
CCF公布推荐的国际学术会议和期刊目录经过3年多的工作，CCF推荐的国际学术会议和期刊目录现予公布。
本目录包括数据库、软件工程、计算机网络、计算机图形学（几何造型、多媒体、可视化、虚拟现实）、计算机体系结构、计算机科学理论、人工智能与模式识别、网络与信息安全等八个方向的国际学术会议及期刊目录和一个综合类的国际学术期刊目录，供国内高校和科研单位作为学术评价的参考依据。
目录中，刊物和会议分为A、B、C三档。
A类表示国际上极少数的顶级刊物和会议，鼓励我国学者去突破；B类是指国际上著名和非常重要的会议、刊物，代表该领域的较高水平，鼓励国内同行投稿；C类指国际上重要、为国际学术界所认可的会议和刊物。
早在2005年12月17日，CCF YOCSEF就举办了“从SCI反思中国的学术评价体制”的专题论坛，探讨为何SCI会成为衡量大学、科研机构和科学工作者学术水平的最重要的甚至是唯一的尺度，提出了如何建立中国公正合理的学术评价体制的问题。
这次论坛，在国内引起了强烈的反响。
李国杰理事长在各种场合多次呼吁要重视在顶级国际学术会议上发表论文，希望CCF拿出顶级学术会议和重要学术期刊的目录，提供给各高校和科研单位做学术水平评价的参考。
此后，CCF委托YOCSEF学术委员会组织此项工作，经过调研、分析、选择试点方向、收集整理资料、研讨、向学术界公开征集意见、报常务理事会审议、学术工作委员会再修订等过程，最终推出目前的推荐目录表。
这些分类目录每年将根据具体情况进行修订。

推荐国际学术会议（二）
CCF 2011年7月推出了国际学术会议和期刊目录修订版。
自2010年8月CCF推荐的国际学术会议和期刊目录（第一版）发布后，受到学术界的欢迎。
一年来，经过CCF学术工作委员会组织业内专家反复讨论和修订，推出了修订版。
CCF已在CCF网站设立目录专区，便于业界人士查询和下载，也供国内高校和科研单位作为学术评价的参考依据。
本刊将陆续分类刊登。
本次修订对上一版内容进行了充实，一些会议和期刊的分类排行进行了调整。
目录中的专业方向包括：计算机科学理论、计算机体系结构与高性能计算、计算机图形学与多媒体、计算机网络、交叉学科、人工智能与模式识别、软件工程/系统软件/程序设计语言、数据库/数据挖掘/内容检索、网络与信息安全、综合刊物等。
目录中，刊物和会议分为A、B、C三档。
A类表示国际上极少数的顶级刊物和会议，鼓励我国学者去突破；B类是指国际上著名和非常重要的会议、刊物，代表该领域的较高水平，鼓励国内同行投稿；C类指国际上重要、为国际学术界所认可的会议和刊物。
CCF学术工作委员会每年将组织专家根据学术界的反馈和意见进行修订，并逐步增加研究方向。

2011年9月23日晚，“CCF走进高校”活动在内蒙古工业大学举行。
CCF理事、清华大学杨士强教授作了题为《沟通与交流的艺术——浅谈大学生全面素质培养》的讲座，与在场听众分享了他学习、工作经历，重点强调了有效沟通与交流的重要性，并介绍了有效沟通与交流恐惧感的不同。
内蒙古工业大学信息工程学院院长李春明，副院长刘利民出席，200余名师生聆听讲座。
内蒙古工业大学坐落在内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市，前身是始建于1951年的绥远省高级工业学校。
1958年在清华大学支援下成立内蒙古工学院，曾隶属机械工业部、农业机械部，1983年划归内蒙古自治区，1993年更名为内蒙古工业大学。
学校目前在新城校区、金川校区、准格尔校区办学，已建设成为一所以工为主，工、理、文、经、管、法、教育、艺术相结合，具有博士、硕士、本科完整人才培养体系的特色鲜明的多科性大学。

该院院长吴杰教授对CCF代表团的到

访问期间，杜子德秘书长和CCF
对外联络部主任刘云浩教授与天普大
学师生们进行了交流，杜子德介绍了
CCF发展、变革、服务及在中国计算
领域的地位等情况，刘云浩向师生们
介绍了他在传感器网络领域的实验和
科研成果，他们的报告引起了师生们的极大兴趣。
吴杰也向CCF代表团介绍了天普大学计算机领域的研究方向和最新研究成果。
吴杰是在美的优秀华人计算机科学家，多年来为中国计算机事业的发展作出了突出贡献，为此，他获得了2011 CCF海外杰出贡献奖。
访问结束后，杜子德秘书长向吴杰院长（左）赠送CCF纪念物。
