有些教材虽有涉及，但是内容过于陈旧，并不能

而选用中文或旅游专业的教师任课有时又存有英语课程驾驭水准不够的的情况，所以要找到历史、地理、冰雪文化、外语、旅游各方面都精通的老师可谓难上加难。
三、将黑龙江冰雪旅游文化与本省旅游英语教学融合的对策
（一）人才培养目标体现黑龙江冰雪旅游的要求传统旅游英语人才主要具备英语听、说、读、写、译等技能，了解旅游经济规律和市场营销策略及旅游法规，具有良好的沟通水平和组织水平，以英语为工具从事旅游工作，面向旅游第一线的高级复合型人才，在此基础上黑龙江高职院校培养的旅游人才还应具备黑龙江旅游文化及语言背景，能够从事本省导游、领队、旅行社管理、龙江精品冰雪旅游线路的英语翻译，冰雪主题公园和景区的管理等工作，使我们的培养目标更加本土化，也使我省旅游专业的学生更好地适合龙江旅游行业用人单位的实际需求。
（二）课程内容中体现龙江冰雪旅游内容在课程的内容上不但要体现学生的传统旅游英语学习内容，还要增加黑龙江旅游文化内容，能够增设黑龙江冰雪旅游文化概况、黑龙江英语景点导游词、黑龙江地方史等方面内容，让学生在旅游英语的学习中充分掌握黑龙江冰雪旅游文化的内容，利用一门旅游英语的学习，达到以点带面，同时也应增加本门课程的教学时数，保证课程内容的完整性和详实性，从而夯实学生本土文化基础，弘扬地方文化。
（三）编写体现黑龙江冰雪旅游文化的旅游英语教材旅游业本身就是凸显特性和个性的行业，全国有很多地方的旅游景点和特色文化，千
篇一律的统编教材并不符合地方旅游业的发展。
