六、常用术语介
卡车驱动形式:
卡车常见的驱动形式有4×2、6×2、 6×4、6×6、8×4等。 “×”前的数字表示汽车车轮总数,“×” 后面的数字表示驱动轮数,并装双轮算一 个轮子,一根车轴也就按两个轮子算。 把两个数字各除以2,就是汽车轴数 与驱动轴轴数,如8×4指该车共有4轴, 其中两轴是驱动轴。 汽车的用途、总质量和对车辆通过性能 的要求等是影响选取驱动形式的主要因素。 驱动轮数的增加能够提高卡车的承载能力 和通过能力,但驱动轮数越多,汽车的结 构也越复杂,整备质量和制造成本也随之 增加,同时也使汽车的总体布置工作变得 困难。

它采用了YCT282-2盐机的原有传动和操纵系统,在设计中,引进了国外先进的工程机械技术“三角形高架式,摆轴固定结构”的传动方式。

选用了日本“久保田”式的橡胶履带。

YCT280R活碴机它体积小,行走时履带无噪音,稳定性好,转动灵活,离地间隙高(485mm),是盐田用于活碴的理想机械。

为了减少橡胶履带的磨省,尽可能的减少活碴机在公路上行走,由于离地间隙高,为了人生安全,请不要在横向10°以上的坡度上行驶。

为了帮助用户合理地使用,维护保养活碴机,经常保持良好的技术状态,延长其使用寿命,特编写此说明书,以供参考。

(17)第一章绪论1.1、项目的提出专用自卸车是装有液压举升机构,能将车厢卸下或使车厢倾斜一定角度,货物依靠自重能自行卸下或者水平推挤卸料的专用汽车。

自卸汽车主要运输砂、石、土、垃圾、建材、煤炭、矿石、粮食、化肥和农产品等散装货物。
