大学生找工作难作文
造成大学生就业难既有主观原因也有客观原因归纳起来有以下几种因素
影响着大学生顺利就业。
狭隘的人才观阻止大学生合理流动减少了他们的就
业机会。
记者在河北省一些高校采访时了解到一些地方为了留住人才不允
许肥水流入外人田对大学生到本地以外的地方就业进行限制大学生就业机
会减少。
河北科技大学一名学医药的应届毕业生对记者说他与山东省几家大
型医药生产企业联系有两家企业都愿意接收但因出省指标限制他无法到
山东的药厂就业至今仍没有落实工作单位。
一些高校的老师对记者说一些
地方留住人才、招收人才的动机是好的但用限制流动的做法不妥当。
他们希
望政府不应对大学生就业进行过多限制而应把精力用到为大学生就业服务
上。
一些用人单位盲目提高用人门槛把许多毕业生挡在就业大门之外。
河北
科技大学一些同学对记者说一个只有十几号人的普通日用化工企业虽然没
有任何境外业务竟然也要求应聘大学生有六级英语水平。
稍微大一点的企业
就盲目要求应聘者为硕士研究生。
不少同学反映现在大学生多了一些企业
选人的条件也苛刻了有的企业甚至不从实际需要出发盲目招收研究生、博
士生为其装门面。
许多大学老师和学生希望用人单位应从实际需要出发把
真正学有所长的大学生招收到单位来。
除以上两个方面客观因素的影响外一
些主观因素也成为大学生就业的障碍。
首先是大学生知识面过窄、实践能力
差影响了择业。
有着多年指导大学生就业经验的河北科技大学学生处副处长
刘成龙对记者说多数用人单位都希望大学生参加工作后能够迅速适应工作需
要对动手操作能力强的大学生特别欢迎。
现在不少大学生存在的问题是知识
面比较窄、实践能力不强影响了他们的就业竞争力。
就业期望值过高使不
少大学生错过了就业机会。
大学生希望自己能够到待遇好、工作环境好的单位
就业这本身无可厚非但一些大学生不能正确认识自己对就业抱有过高的
期望就有些不切实际了。
石家庄铁道学院党委副书记王岳森说大学生择业不
应盲目提高就业目标而应以适合自己的工作为标准。
此外大学生不愿离开
家乡就业、不愿到基层就业等因素也影响了一些大学生的及时就业。
有关方
面和大学生本人都应正视当前大学生就业的困难努力排除不利于大学生就
业的各种障碍。
(1)一般是根据工作总结的中心内容、目的要求、总结方向来定。
同一事物因工
作总结的方向——侧重点不同其标题也就不同。
工作总结标题有单标题也有
双标题。
字迹要醒目。
单标题就是只有一个题目如《我省干部选任制度改革
的一次成功尝试》。
一般说工作总结的标题由工作总结的单位名称、工作总
结的时间、工作总结的内容或种类三部分组成。
如“××市化工厂1995年度生
产工作总结”“××市××研究所1995年度工作总结”也可以省略其中一部
分如“三季度工作总结”省略了单位名称。
毛泽东的《关于打退第二次
反共高潮的总结》其标题不仅省略了总结的单位名称也省略了时限。
双标
题就是分正副标题。
正标题往往是揭示主题——即所需工作总结提炼的东西
副标题往往指明工作总结的内容、单位、时间等。
例如辛勤拼搏结硕果——
××县氮肥厂一九九五年工作总结——
(2)即写在前面的话工作总结起始的段落。
其作用在于用简炼的文字概括交代
工作总结的问题;或者说明所要总结的问题、时间、地点、背景、事情的大致经过;或者将工作总结的中心内容主要经验、成绩与效果等作概括的提示;或者
将工作的过程、基本情况、突出的成绩作简洁的介绍。
其目的在于让读者对工
作总结的全貌有一个概括的了解、为阅读、理解全篇打下基础。
(3)正文是工作总结的主体一篇工作总结是否抓住了事情的本质实事求是地
反映出了成绩与问题科学地总结出了经验与教训文章是否中心突出重点
明确、阐述透彻、逻辑性强、使人信全赖于主体部分的写作水平与质量。
因
此一定要花大力气把立体部分的材料安排好、写好。
正文的基本内容是做法
和体会、成绩和缺点、经验和教训。
1)成绩和经验这是工作总结的目的是正文的关键部分这部分材料如何安排
很重要一般写法有二。
一是写出做法成绩之后再写经验。
即表述成绩、做
法之后从分析成功的原因、主客观条件中得出经验教益。
二是写做法、成绩的
同时写出经验“寓经验于做法之中”。
也有在做法成绩之后用“心得体
会”的方式来介绍经验这实际是前一种写法。
成绩和经验是工作总结的中心
和重点是构成工作总结正文的支柱。
所谓成绩是工作实践过程中所得到的物
质成果和精神成果。
所谓经验是指在工作中取得的优良成绩和成功的原因。
在
工作总结中成绩表现为物质成果一般运用一些准确的数字表现出来。
精神
成果则要用前后对比的典型事例来说明思想觉悟的提高和精神境界的高尚使
精神成果在工作总结中看得见、摸得着才有感染力和说明力。
2)存在的问题和教训一般放在成绩与经验之后写。
存在的问题虽不在每一篇工
作总结中都写但思想上一定要有个正确的认识。
每篇工作总结都要坚持辩论
法坚持一分为二的两点论既看到成绩又看到存在的问题分清主流和枝
节。
这样才能发扬成绩、纠正错误虚心谨慎继续前进。
写存在的问题与教训要中肯、恰当、实事求是。
(4)一般写今后努力的方向或者写今后的打算。
这部分要精炼、简洁。
(5)。
署名写在结尾的右下方在署名下边写上工作总结的年、月、日如为突
出单位把单位名称写在标题下边则结尾只落上日期即可。
总结就是把某一时期已经做过的工作进行一次全面系统的总检查、总评
价进行一次具体的总分析、总研究;也就是看看取得了哪些成绩存在哪些缺
点和不足有什么经验、提高。

1. 总结必须有情况的概述和叙述有的比较简单有的比较详细。
这部分内容
主要是对工作的主客观条件、有利和不利条件以及工作的环境和基础等进行分
析。
2. 成绩和缺点。
这是总结的中心。
总结的目的就是要肯定成绩找出缺点。
成绩有哪些有多大表现在哪些方面是怎样取得的;缺点有多少表现在哪些
方面是什么性质的怎样产生的都应讲清楚。
3. 经验和教训。
做过一件事总会有经验和教训。
为便于今后的工作须对以
往工作的经验和教训进行分析、研究、概括、集中并上升到理论的高度来认
识。
今后的打算。
根据今后的工作任务和要求吸取前一时期工作的经验和教训
明确努力方向提出改进措施等。

(二)
1. 一定要实事求是成绩不夸大缺点不缩小更不能弄虚作假。
这是分析、
得出教训的基础。
2. 条理要清楚。
总结是写给人看的条理不清人们就看不下去即使看了也
不知其所以然这样就达不到总结的目的。
3. 要剪裁得体详略适宜。
材料有本质的有现象的;有重要的有次要的
写作时要去芜存精。
总结中的问题要有主次、详略之分该详的要详该略的
要略。
另外在结尾处也可以附上下一步个人工作计划。
