希哲中学2019-2020学年第一学期八年级一班＆八年级十班英语学科期末考试试卷分析报告测试时间：2020年1月9日教师姓名：刘冠军一．八一班和八十班英语成绩分析二．试题总体评价（一）试题基本情况本次考试采用的是中招考试改革新题型，取消了单项选择题，把单项选择题的15分分别增加到了完形填空5分，语篇填空5分，坐稳由15分增加成了20分。
但是本试卷的缺点在于应该把语篇填空的五分题变成了词汇题，这是本试卷的败笔之处，根据课改要求和中招考试题型变化，词汇题是已经取消的题型，不知道学校这次为什么又增加了这个题目。
本次试卷的命题紧扣了教学大纲和教科书的书本知识，在考察学生英语基础知识的前提下，注重了对学生语言综合能力和知识迁移的考察，注重语言环境及文化背景的设置，减少了词汇、语法等单纯知识性试题，增加了试题的灵活性、开放性、探究性及综合性。
试题以读、写的形式，全面地检查了学生应掌握的基础知识和基本能力，考题不是很难，但较灵活。
（二）制卷情况：试卷格式规范，没有毛病，符合标准化的要求。
三：期末考试英语试卷整体分析：第一部分：八一班英语试卷考试情况：1：听力概括本试题20分：本题相对较易，失分较多的是听力排序题，第二部分第16-20小题，得分率仅为65.3%，其他听力得分率基本上在90%以上，最差的是16小题，得分率仅仅为50%，从听力上可以反映出学生的听力能力分析能力还是比较欠缺。
2．阅读理解（本题共15个小题，合计30分）阅读理解。
本试题给了三篇文章，共计30分。
阅读部分所选的阅读文章题材多样化，主要考查学生对阅读材料的分析理解、推理判断和概括能力。
A篇的考察学生根据语境回答； B篇为阅读理解，在原文中可以找到答案；C篇阅读理解难度较大；考察学生对句子的翻译，通过卷子发现学生的语言组织能力欠缺。
本试题22、25、30、31、34几道题得分率基本在70%左右，其中第22题仅仅为62.9%，其余各题得分基本上在90%以上。

2016---2017学年下期末八年级英语
试卷、成绩分析
这次期末考试成绩已经揭晓，通过试卷难易度和做题情况的分析，可以有效地评估自己在本学期的教学中是否采用了有效的教学方法和合理的教学思路。
从试卷本身看，这次的题目难度一般，七大题应分三部分，可是本试题共分了两部分。
第一部分的听力题25分。
前三个听力题难度适中。
只有第四小题难度较大。
第二部分六道大题：单选题15分，完形填空10分，阅读题35分，补全对话7.5分和写作25分。
在新授课和复习过程中，都将题型反复操练过，并且期末阶段一直在做复习，词汇，听力，写作，都经过比较充裕的时间复习。
可是考试结果，真的很令人遗憾。
作文和补全对话也是反复练的体裁。
作文对于平时成绩稳定的同学来说，结果也比较理想。
得失分析：第一部分听力题四道小题，前三个听力题难度适中。
只有第四小题难度较大。
填词汇丢分。
这个问题属于学生自身的原因，可能是学生自己语言不够熟练，对词句的敏感度不够。
因此今后应充分利用现有的听力材料，扎实练好听力。
第二部分六道大题：单选题15分。
其中有一个小题，28小题区分cost 与take，此题考查过细，我在教学中忽略了take做花钱的用法，导致大部分失分，这点属于老师的原因，我今后应该在知识点上讲的更细致一些，对于该不该讲的太细的问题，多和同科老师交流探讨。
其它习题的情况看，学生都不同程度地存在着知识点掌握不到位的问题。
这个问题的原因在于，学生基础实在是太薄，加之后天学习习惯没有养成，复习时间太过仓促，讲解达不到全面细致，练习不充分。
但是从策略上讲，我自身也存在着复习战术上的偏差，以后的讲练还是要注重基础教学，应该考虑课堂听写的针对性，在这种情况下，应该针对考试的基础点听写，不应该再纠缠于延伸的难点，而我在考前的听写中对基本点的把握都还做得不够好，以为应该在句型上多下功夫，看来是学习的起点高了。
针对知识点的讲解，我今后应该更加侧重于重点，难点的讲练，可以少一些知识的延伸和拓展，应该更客观地针对学生的实际，做好作业听写的错点记录，及时纠错。
学生做的最差的是阅读题，本来以为是做过的题型，但事实上失分很严重，固然有改题人图省事，只看唯一答案的因素，但也反映出平时
我在讲解时流于宽泛的弊病。
今后一定多引导学生会泛读和精读，仔细思考，并考虑周全，学会任务型阅读。
而且，要多引导学生培养语感，引导学生多读，多背，而不单纯地死做题，做死题。
尽量接触并学会运用丰富的语言。
综合以上分析，本学期的英语教学没有存在大的失误，但细节问题仍然不少，在今后的教学中要以学生的实际为基础，注重基础教学，稳扎稳打的做好初三的英语教学工作，争取下次把工作做得更好。
