英语教师培训会讲话稿
各位老师：
大家好！在骄阳似火的夏日，我们举办教研协作区xx片区英语教师培训班，其目的是学习先进的教育教学理念，交流英语教学的心得，促进英语教学质量的提升。
今天的培训，主讲教师是xx英语教育郑茂校长、鲁秀丽老师，郑茂老师毕业于中国传媒大学英语播音与主持专业，疯狂英语创始人李阳老师的学生，英语口语培训师，青少年励志导师，安康大创协会优秀会员，安康援少会优秀会员。
他在xx镇创办了xx英语教育培训学校和xx幼儿园，鲁秀丽老师是xx英语培训学校的执行校长，xx.欧德宝幼儿园的执行校长，他们培训的课程是“不容忽视的26个字母”“死活都要掌握的48个音标”“玩转拼读，高效记忆”“破解英语发音奥秘”“洋腔洋调，疯狂模仿”等，我们期待郑茂老师的精彩展示。
参加今天培训的老师有建民办、茨沟镇、谭坝镇和xx镇的英语老师，主要是为了应对新形势下英语教师改革的需要，xx 镇的中小学英语教师是全员培训，还有部分下学期即将走上英语岗位的老师，希望大家通过这次培训，改进我们的课堂教学，促进教育教学质量的提升。
本次英语教师培训班是汉滨区教体局加强教师培训工作的贯彻落实，旨在通过此次学习培训，提高英语教师的业务能力。
