佣金

航运租船知识、租船用语大全i 佣金(COMMISSION) (1)洽租佣金或称委托佣金，即ADDRESS COMMISSION，此项佣金应由船东支付给租家，实际上就是租金 (对期租、光租) 或运费(对程租)的回扣。

租金或运费是租家付给船东的，而此项佣金又是船东回归给租家的，其中的原因很多，例如租金与运价不宜多变化，要作小的变化就在此项佣金上升降，但这仅仅是原因之一。

因此在期租或光租中，正规的作法是不许租家在预付的租金中先扣除此项佣金，除非在租约中有所规定。

在程租中，有的租约规定此项佣金在签署提单时即从运费中扣出来。

目前出现一种不给此项佣金的做法，当然在运费上会有相应的调整。

这种做法称为“免付洽租佣金即FREE OF ADDRESS”。

(2) 经纪人佣金即BROKERAGE　此项佣金应由船东支付给经纪人，以酬报他为洽谈撮合的努力。

此项佣金在期租或光租中应以船东实赚的租金为基数再乘以租约规定的百分率，所谓的实赚的租金是指船东实际收到的租金，例如中途终止了租约，甚至租约签订后因船未在规定时间赶到规定地点而被取消租约，船东未收到租金或运费，经纪人当然也收不到佣金。

在程租中若未在租约中规定“在货物装船时”支付此项佣金，也未规定计算佣金的基数 (除了运费外是否包括空舱费、延滞费)，则此项佣金以船东实收的运费为基数。

(3)过手佣金即COMMISSION PAST US 受船东委托的经纪人在租船市场上开价出租时可能提出若干百分率的过手佣金。

此项佣金与上述两项佣金在支付办法上有所不同，此项佣金不是由船东支付给他，而是通过租家一方的经纪人之手而取得的，即船东不付两家经纪人的佣金，由一家领取两家分，以免日后发生纠纷。

这种佣金的称呼较少听到，因它不出现在租约上。

在租约上可能出现双方经纪人的名字与佣金率，或者由一家收取佣金后再作分摊。

租金(RATE) 程租人付给船东的是运费，而期租人付给船东的是租金。

租金不宜按月计而宜按日计，因月份中有天数的差别。

货代操作术语

货代操作术语1. “订舱（Booking）”，这就像是在餐厅预订座位一样。

你想啊，货代操作里订舱就是提前给货物在船上找个“座位”。

比如说，我有一批电子产品要运往国外，那我就得先找货代订舱，告诉他们货物的数量、重量、尺寸啥的，就像告诉餐厅服务员有几个人吃饭一样。

要是不订舱，货物就只能在码头干瞪眼，多可怜呐！2. “报关（Customs Declaration）”，这可是个大事儿。

就好比你出国过海关得检查你带的东西一样。

货代要把货物的各种信息，像货物名称、价值、原产地这些，报给海关。

我有个朋友做外贸的，他的货物要是报关没报好，那海关就不放行，就像你在国外机场因为带了违禁品被拦下一样糟糕，那可急死人了！3. “提单（Bill of Lading）”，这可是货物的“身份证”。

想象一下，提单就像人的身份证，它能证明货物是谁的，要运到哪里去。

有一回，我的客户收到货物后，发现有点问题，就拿着提单找货代理论。

要是没有提单，就像一个人没有身份证，谁能证明货物是他的呢？简直一团乱麻。

4. “截关（Cut - off）”，哎呀，这就像比赛的截止时间一样。

货代操作里截关就是货物必须在这个时间之前完成报关等手续，送上船。

我之前就差点错过截关时间，急得像热锅上的蚂蚁。

就像你参加一场赛跑，要是在截止报名时间之后才去，人家肯定不让你参加了呀。

5. “拼箱（LCL - Less than Container Load）”，这是个省钱的好办法。

如果你的货物没有装满一个集装箱，那就可以和别人的货物拼在一起。

就像搭顺风车一样，大家分摊费用。

我曾经遇到一个小商家，货物不多，要是单独用一个集装箱太浪费钱了，所以就选择拼箱，可划算啦。

6. “整箱（FCL - Full Container Load）”，和拼箱相反，这是全包了。

就像你自己包下一辆大巴车一样，整个集装箱都是你的货物。

我有个大客户，货物量大得很，直接整箱运输，这样货物也安全，还不用和别人的货物混在一起，多省心呐。

租船常用术语

租船用语通俗谈改革开放以来，我国航运业得到了一次大发展。

标志之一是，过去与航运业无关联的企业、机关、团体，以及内陆省市的国营企业、乡镇企业、农民集体企业、个体户，甚至钢铁厂、学校也纷纷加入航运队伍。

但是不少从业人员因半途改行而未受到正规的培训，以致出现经营上的失误带来或大或小的损失。

因此了解熟知航运业务，掌握必要的租船用语，对那些未受过正规培训的从业人员来说，则是大有益处的。

一、租船的种类我们在日常生活中常搭乘的公共汽车，它的特点是有规定的票价、起始和终点、行驶路线等等，在航运业类似上述的经营方式称为班轮运输，而不属租船的范畴。

程租若一个学校组织学生去郊外春游，向公交公司或其他汽车公司包一辆或多辆大客车，须事先约定何时抵校接人，一辆车可容纳多少名师生，驶抵何处，费用共计多少。

理所当然，公交公司已知何时去何处，完全可预计其成本。

所以学校就无需再付汽油费、停车费、公路费、过桥费等，而只需付一次性的包车费。

在航运业类似上述的经营方式被称为程租(VOY AGECHARTER)。

期租若一个大型会议开会五天，不但要频频用车，而且要随时用车，因此像前述的一次次地租车很不方便，费用又高，还不能保证随时得到车。

它就可向公交公司租一辆车为期五天，事先约定该车应在何时何地点报到、汽车行驶于何范围(如上海市内或市属的郊县)、何时何地点终止。

理所当然，因公交公司无法预知每天行驶多少公里、驶往何处、停车多久，因此会议单位方除了付每天的租金外，还应付汽油费、停车费、公路费与过桥费及司机的加班费等等。

在航运业类似上述的经营方式称为期租(TIMECHARTER)。

光租若某一企业的驻沪办事处因某种原因如缺乏购车资金，或此机构仅需在沪二年而不购车，又因其它原因欲光租一辆车而无需司机。

此时某公交公司仅将车租给了办事处而不供司机。

理所当然，因公交公司无从预知车开往何处、引擎使用达多少小时、每天行驶多少公里等等，这个办事处除付每天的租金外，还要自己支付耗油费、停车费、公路费与过桥费、保险费、维修费等等，同时办事处还须自己雇用司机。

租船常用术语

租船用语通俗谈改革开放以来，我国航运业得到了一次大发展。

但是不少从业人员因半途改行而未受到正规的培训，以致出现经营上的失误带来或大或小的损失。

因此了解熟知航运业务，掌握必要的租船用语，对那些未受过正规培训的从业人员来说，则是大有益处的。

理所当然，公交公司已知何时去何处，完全可预计其成本。

所以学校就无需再付汽油费、停车费、公路费、过桥费等，而只需付一次性的包车费。

在航运业类似上述的经营方式被称为程租(VOY AGECHARTER)。

期租若一个大型会议开会五天，不但要频频用车，而且要随时用车，因此像前述的一次次地租车很不方便，费用又高，还不能保证随时得到车。

它就可向公交公司租一辆车为期五天，事先约定该车应在何时何地点报到、汽车行驶于何范围(如上海市内或市属的郊县)、何时何地点终止。

在航运业类似上述的经营方式称为期租(TIMECHARTER)。

光租若某一企业的驻沪办事处因某种原因如缺乏购车资金，或此机构仅需在沪二年而不购车，又因其它原因欲光租一辆车而无需司机。

此时某公交公司仅将车租给了办事处而不供司机。
